Had a lovely week in Tignes in Feb 16, all helped by great snow! The Chalet is practically ski in / ski out and really close to two main lifts and the the free resort bus, which is only a short bus ride to ski school. We went as a group of six friends and had three rooms together right...

Spent a great week here. The chalet was comfortable, clean and warm. Hannah and the team were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The meals were good - tasty, wholesome and plentiful. Splendid cakes. Good Wine was flowing at each meal. Each morning our hosts made us an excellent pack lunch to keep us going on the slopes. The position...

Location - Perfect! 8 minute walk to central Le Lac, or take the bus from just outside which comes every 10 minutes. Practically ski in ski out with two main lifts just a 20 seconds ski away. The chalet is down a little road and looked very inviting and cute with all the deep snow around it. Chalet - Warm,...

The chalet is ideally positioned gor access to the mountains with the Paquis and Chaudanne ski lifts right outside. The chalet has 30 beds so is popular with groups. On our visit there were two large (all men) groups of 18 and 8. This meant that the remains 4 beds were occupied by two couples, not ideal and for the...

I write this review with a fairly low opinion of Crystal at present, which is not good, considering that We're going to La Plagne again with them in 3 weeks! Chalet Glacier was our first time chalet experience (with my 20 year old son), after staying in hotels, mainly with Crystal over the years. The reason for my low opinion...

Basic accommodation, and pot luck with the the rooms - some of which make halls of residence look like the ritz. Not enough bathroom and wash facilities, with a dining area and communal lounge too small for the amount of guests crammed into the chalet. Friendly staff, but inexperienced - and not proactive in ensuring there was enough cutlery, water...

I have been organising group ski holidays for 15 years and have never been so disappointed with the quality of service from Crystal and its chalet hosts. We had been to this chalet previously and had a really good time but this experience was far removed. I understand that we entered the market at it's lowest price point but there...

All in all we had a great stay at this chalet. The location was fantastic just next to two of the lifts that took you up into the mountain every day. Only a 5 minute walk into the main town or a free bus stops outside every 10 minutes. We booked knowing that this was a cheaper price than many...

Absolutely brilliant location with easy access into the Espace Killy lift system. However, I was disappointed with the chalet experience - the rooms were small and poorly equipped with cheap furniture. As for the food - our best meal was on the night when the regular chef was off duty. Hannah, one of the chalet hosts prepared a delicious meal...

We we're expecting a great experience at the chalet glacier but we're a little disappointed. Good points, Door to door skiing/snowboarding chalet is in a great location maybe why it's slightly over priced. Staff are very friendly especially George he really went out his way to make sure u enjoyed your stay. Beds are really comfy. Bad points Most of...
