This is our second stay at chalet Fontana . With a group of friends. The chalet hosts Helen and Mike were fantastic and really added to the relaxed holiday feeling. Nothing was too much trouble ( they definitely went the extra mile - Thank you !!)They provided excellent breakfast , cakes, pre dinner drinks and superb dinner ( and also helpful ski related advice) The chalet is very comfortable with lovely views and a hot tub to enjoy them . The chalet is a little out of the village but the owners Ian and gill provide a morning and evening shuttle . At other times there is a regular bus service as well. Les Gets is a lovely resort with skiing to suit all abilities .

A group of 9 of us stayed here in February and had a fantastic time. The chalet was lovely, exceeding our expectations, and we immediately felt right at home. Every room has it's own bathroom, very comfy beds and all the amenities you need. The best thing about the chalet was our exceptional hosts - Mike & Helen. They were brilliant throughout the stay, always helping us and making sure we were well fed and watered. The food was restaurant quality, very generous portions and varied every night. Ian & Jill were also on hand to help us with lifts into the town which was great, although the free shuttle bus stops a minute's walk from the chalet too. This was my first ski holiday and I am definitely hooked now. A couple in our group have been skiing several times before and thought this chalet was up there with the very best. I was genuinely sad to leave and fully recommend this chalet to everyone! Thanks to all involved in making our stay perfect

Fantastic, comfortable chalet with comfy beds, great communal areas and a lo Ely hot tub. What really makes this place however are the chalet hosts who looked after us amazingly well and always with a smile. They collected our rental equipment and ski passes so we could get out on the slopes straight away and exceeded all expectations with transport, food, drinks and local knowledge. The week was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

We have just returned from our first skiing holiday in Les Gets and found chalet Fontana. We booked with friends and filled the chalet. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts Mike and Helen on arrival and the hospitality we received through out our stay was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and we have returned home having to loosen our belt buckles. Breakfasts were amazing, cakes on return from the slopes delicious and evening meals you would pay good money for in a restraunt. Our children were really well catered for too. As well as that the owners Ian and Gill were always on stand by to give us a lift to the slopes in the morning and offered return pick ups from the slopes, but with a free bus service passing the door getting too and from the village was never a problem. We would definitely return to Chalet Fontana, especially if our hosts were still looking after us! Thank you all very much for such a great week.

We stayed for a week with 6 adults and 4 children with ages varying from 5 to 9. The chalet is a good size and a short bus/shuttle ride to the slopes. What really made the stay was the Chalet hosts. It appears Ian and Jill, who have had wonderful reviews themselves, have taken a step back and now Mike and Helen are doing the daily running of the chalet. I cannot comment on how good it was with Ian and Jill but I will say Mike and Helen were the friendlies and most accommodating people I could even imagine. Everything from preparing separate meals for fussy children and adults, to skiing tips and advice. The chalet was wonderful, the food was divine and the hosts where excellent. None of us wanted to leave.
