We stayed here for a week in December just before Christmas and although the room was very basic, with no WiFi or TV, it certainly enhanced our social skills. In this day an age it's not easy to interact with people, but this hotel was a great experience. Not only were the staff a fantastic bunch, but the people we...

Had some time and went skiing, staying at this hotel with Neilson Ski. Staff and building good but what let this down was the amount of pub noise, shouting, general misbehaving from midnight till 5am in the morning from the pubs and clubs in the immediate vacinity. Great if you are the partying kind but my wife and I were...

Just had a week at this hotel and am looking forward to getting home to have some sleep! This hotel is very basic, I do think the photos are very misleading and our room had such a bad smell we had to leave the extractor on all times and sleep with the door open. The Neilson staff were really good...

My son and I arrived after an interesting flight (we tried to land twice at Grenoble and ended up in Lyon). First drop off on the coach as well, Lucy the Manager was there to meet us as we checked in and give us our room keys. The room is basic but very clean, we even had some nice smelly...

Staff young and keen to be friendly and helpful which is why I've not rated this hotel worse. The wifi was terrible and when we arrived our room stank. We eventually got rid of the smell when we asked for same drain cleaner and cleaned the drains ourselves. Dirty towels that we put in the bidet so they could be...

The hotel was extremely friendly with excellent staff, nothing too much trouble and a fantastic location. Rooms very good and clean, food excellent and snacks were very desirable. Had a most excellent experience and would definitely return to le cret again sometime in the future. Thank you

Attended an epic stag do in this hotel. Fully accomodating and didn't mind us quietly returning in the early hours of the morning. Nightlife is excellent and close by. Skiing is pretty good also. 5 stars. Would return (likely intoxicated). The 'Yobs'.

We booked a week of skiing through neilson over easter, and decided to give le cret a go, rather than the aalborg where we've stayed in the past. Although it can be quite noisy at night when the pubs in the main street kick everyone out (around 2am), we would definitely come again. You get to keep your ski gear...

Great staff and food. The hotel is basic but had everything we needed. We traveled with our 2 children age 5 & 6 years old plus another family with an 18 month year old and a 3 year old plus a couple. We stayed here for New Year 2014/15 and had a fabulous time which is why we booked it...
