A well placed residence with plenty on offer in the area. The apartment was big enough to sleep 8, was clean with some nice toiletries included on arrival. The breathtaking views from the balcony we’re a plus. The manager and staff were courteous and went out of their way to go through what was available locally. Overall a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend to others.
We spent a wonderful fortnight at this residence- from the outset the service was remarkable! The reception staff were courteous and the manager went out of her way to be of assistance, and was very knowledgeable-explaining activities and the best local amenities. The apartment was immaculately clean, and well-equipped for our family, which included 3 children, offering more than enough space for us all. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again- we enjoyed every moment!
I will start with how clean the place was when we visited, already a sign that this holiday was to be good. When we checked in the receptionists were extremely polite but the manager was by far the best. When we got in to our apartment after our very warm welcoming by the staff, we walked in and were instantly amazed by how spacious it was. The places to eat are amazing and they were all recommended to us by the Manager. The opportunities around this resort are never ending and I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the tobogganing and the devalkarts. (go karts.) overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a family or solo get-away.
The overall stay was good. The people on the reception desk were efficient and helpful. Some wear and tear in the apartment which is to be expected with the amount of clients that visit. WiFi was reliable. Would recommend this hotel.
A group of 4 of us just came back from skiing in Les Duex Alpes and we stayed the week here. The apartment at first glance was very nicely presented, clean, and smart however after staying there for a week I'd offer the following tips: • Bring your own pillow. The provided bed quilts were fine, but the pillows (just lumpy cushions) are terrible and meant my partner and I slept incredibly poorly for the entire week. Do yourself a favour and bring your own. • The apartment will have zero essentials. That means no toilet paper, tea towels, cleaning sponges, dishwasher tablets...etc. All the basic stuff. You will have to buy *all* the essentials (and then bin them on check-out). • The equipment room is just a locker which will barely fit a snowboard and 3 pairs of skis. There is NO boot room. There is no heated room to dry off ski gear. You'll have to do this in the apartment itself. The apartment complex is poorly setup for looking after equipment. • The wifi details make the claim that it's only one device per apartment that can connect. This is rubbish and confusing. We all managed to connect our various phones and laptops to the Wifi without issue. • You will only get one key. There are no copies or duplicates that can be shared out among a group. • To get on the slopes the fastest way is taking a left out of the buildings and walking a slight uphill for 5 mins to the green Champame drag lift. From the top of the slope you can cut across to Jandri Express. • You'll be on the far side of town away from the supermarkets and shops. You'll need to walk 10/15 minutes along the main road.…
