We ( group of 6) stayed here last February. The accommodation is very basic, however the beds are comfortable and having a balcony meant we can store all our smelly socks outside. Food was surprisingly good and included also a selection of various cheeses. Equipment issued was in good condition. Unfortunately the low point was the lessons themselves. All the...

Good budget ski hotel, friendly staff, close to local amenities including SPAR and also included use of a local pool (although I didn't use this). Our bunk room slept 6, with a shared shower. Toilet was shared between two rooms. There was wifi in the bar, but not in the rooms. Hotel was situated a short walk from the slopes,...

Pros: Beginners classes, Yuanne our instructor, the very tasty food at every meal, the cheeses at every meal, the friendliness of everyone we met, the sauna, the ski equipment, the view from the room, the snow, the location next to a SPAR that sells 4euro wine. Cons: Double room is still bunks. The dancefloor was a throwback to the early...

Well positioned centre, lovely staff and instructors and absolutely fantastic value for money, sleeping is 4 to a room with bunk beds, tight on space but still ok. All in all a brilliant week in Jan 2015 and going again Jan 2016. A budget orientated ski centre designed for what is important, which is getting on the slopes at a...

Budget hotel, obviously. clean accommodation hotel staff friendly enough if your female, the hotel bar works on a pre paid tab system ( money scam ) all because the useless Scottish barman can't be bothered to hold a float behind the bar. Close to the slopes walking distance about 5 mins. Good local amenities close a nice place to be...

One of the girls in our group of 7 had beginner snowboarding lessons and had a horrific experience. The instructor was aggressive and swore at the students if they made mistakes. He never assisted or encouraged students when they fell. This was extremely diasappointing and we wouldn't recommend anyone take beginner lessons. Our group was also split accross muliple rooms...

I went between Christmas and New Year of 2011 with 4 other mates, we booked through Action outdoors which was fine although when we arrived they didn't have us staying in the same room due to Action Outdoors not passing our info to the accommodation - make sure you call UCPA once booking is made and get them to put...

If you are on a budget a UCPA hostel/hotel is the only way. The food is amazing and there is loads of it. The staff are excellent, generally with a good level of English. The tuition quality is mixed, it really depends which instructor you get. At L2D there is a nice sauna and hot tub, which is charge at...
