A very comfortable, clean stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Location is just a short walk to the nearest slope/ski lift and close to lots of restaurants. The food at breakfast was really nice and everything was very clean and well presented. The coffee and cake on offer in the afternoon was a lively addition too. We would have liked to see some cooked options at breakfast, such as egg and sausges- a reply to a review below suggests this is now on offer but it was not when we visited at the end of January. Really handy to have ski lockers downstairs in the hotel. However, these are not very big so not that easy to fit 2 lots of helmets and boots as well as skis. The only other downside was the music which can be heard from the bar next door, into the early hours. Obviously not the hotel's fault at all, but worth being aware of. Overall a positive experience. Good value hotel and would go back.…

Stayed in Les Flocons during my summer ski session in July- except for the super tiny 2-bed room everything else was just perfect. Hotel is recently furnished, staff extremely kind and professional, decent breakfast. Hotel is close to all of the village venues but a bit far from the main ski lifts and gondolas.

9 of us visited Les Flocons over New Year. Things didn’t get off to the best of starts, with one room still undergoing refurbishment! However true to their word by the time we had dinner out it was ready and a couple of snags the next morning were quickly rectified. I only mention this (it was no real issue) as the refurbs are going to improve the bathrooms. Most of us had an unrefurb’d room and the bathrooms were dated ...again not an issue, they were clean with plentiful hot water and fresh towels but not in fitting with the stylish room itself. Nice balconies with mountain views. Breakfast was perfect, no hot choice (other than toast) but the best croissants, choice of juice, cereal. Breads, cheese, ham,, boiled eggs ...and scotch pancakes. A decent tea too, twinings Ceylon (I had forgot to pack my Yorkshire tea so was rescued!) A small bottle bar by reception(no draft) means the place doesn’t get rowdy. Location excellent too, at Venosc end away from the busy square, next to bars but never really disturbed. Short walk to Diable lift. 2 areas they could improve, the reception/pool table room have the most uncomfortable seats. Would be nice to have a better communal area to meet friends in comfy surroundings (some sofas etc) ...just a minor gripe. The worst thing was there ski hire shop recommendation. Aalborg sports by hotel of same name. It’s horrendous on ski change day, a bad system of ski storage means they struggle to find your skis. Also old skis, not an issue if you are a beginner (they’re cheap) but we chose their premium package and were given 2015 models! They seem to service the Nielson hotel above. Never had such an issue anywhere else even in Andorra and Bulgaria we were shocked. Overall brilliant stay ...oh, great restaurants and bars close by and staff were friendly and helpful…

We had a great time at Les Flocons. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming with cosy, warm rooms and pleasant staff. Ski locker's are available and it is just a short walk to Diable ski lift. Although the hotel is quite near Smithy's Tavern (great food) and L'Avalanche, it was very quiet and we slept well every night in the most comfy beds. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices including pancakes with Nutella and as many croissants or pain au chocolat that you could eat (hence my fatter husband)! Loved the free cake and hot choc available free from 4-6 after a hard day's skiing- great touch! Would visit again and would recommend!

Third time that we were in les deux alpes. Best hotel from the three hotels we have stayed in. Receptionist is a helpfull hard-working guy. Breakfast was perfect, he made sure that there was nothing empty. Very nice breakfast, much choice. Especially the croissants were very good, it was like they were from a bakkery. Rooms were cleaned properly every day. Very nice rooms, everything was there. The beds were so nice! Never had such a good single bed in a hotel. If we would go back to Les Deux Alpes, we will book a room in hotel Les Flocons again!

We stayed in this hotel whilst visiting our son who is working at Les 2 Alps this season. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Great value for money. There is a good choice at breakfast and they also offer afternoon tea each day within the price.

We were a group of nine on a short ski break in the first week of January, so Les Flocons was fine for us. The rooms are good, quiet, beds are comfortable and bathrooms fine. The hotel is a about a 10-minute walk to the Diable lift with skis and pols, but the resort free shuttle bus does come up the street too - so that may be another option. It's also very close to the bars, restaurants and ski-hire shops. The breakfasts are excellent with a good choice and a great start to a day on the slopes. Also, we really liked the nice touches of complimentary cakes, cookies, coffees, juice and fruit from 4pm until 6pm when you get back from a hard day's skiing. The WiFi is good and accessible from all parts. Our only slight negative (which I hope the management may look at) would be the security of the ski and boot room in the basement. The outer door to the street is usually left open, and the door to the ski room is usually left open too. (Although there is a coded lock on the door, it's usually left open).The lockers themselves are poor with no locks provided, so you need bring your own (which we didn't). There is nowhere to store boots. We had a pair of poles go missing on the first day, so we had to be more secure after that. Otherwise, a great hotel to stay and the staff were really helpful.…

I stayed at this lovely hotel whilst visiting my son in les deux Alpes. My room was spacious and the bed was extremely cosy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was very impressed with the cleanliness too. Would definitely return again without hesitation. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience.

Excellent simple, clean and relaxing accommodation. Great Staff and really helpful. The breakfast has all you need freshly made and ready for you at 7;30am. The pancakes a great favourite of our children! Close to the Diable lift and all amenities. Would stay again for sure. Comfortable, warm, clean and friendly. All you need when most of the day and night you are out.
