First of all a comment on the resort. Despite no snow, the maintenance of the pistes was excellent. We could still enjoy the skiing due to the manufactured snow and piste maintenance as well as the glacier. Overall the Club Med was very good. Strong points: really good food; first class chef de village (Jean Christophe) and entertainment (Willy); good...

It is a correct hotel (the rooms quality must be improved), well located and very good service. We specially enjoyed the mini club (service to take care of the children) and all the convenience around the ski logistics and learning. Quite adapted for beginners. Special thanks for our ski teachers Anne and Cecile!

We have just returned from Christmas break at Club Med in Alps D'Huez and must say we had an absolute blast! The staff are absolutely great from Willie and the Chef of the village as great entertainers, to Kate and the team at reception, Kate the choreographer (how tirelessly she worked to get everyone ready for the shows was mighty...

We decided to return to this Club Med again as we liked the place so much last season and it was a very good price when we booked. Firstly the positives which meant we did still have a good holiday. Its position on the slopes is fantastic. Ski in and out and easy access to the lifts to get all...

This hotel is awful, it's beyond tired and desperately in need of upgrading. The communal areas were filthy and there were frequently piles of cigarette butts on the floor in the stairwell!! Everything absolutely stank of smoke and the carpets are very stained and dirty. The bar area is run down and there are just not enough staff to clear...

Second time for us. For sure will return. Great resort and great value. Ski is the best there with many slopes , the club is situated on the ski tracks. Food is good, great place to come with your kids although the rooms are very small.

We have been to many club meds before but this was our first time in Alpe D'Huez. The hotel could do with a bit of investment, in particular the rooms and lifts need desperate attention. There are other things that could be improved for example, having more healthy options at tea time, including fruit and yoghurt, not just cake and...

Lovely resort . Fantastic skiing , instruction and food offered through club med. negative is rooms. Thought I had it covered by paying for an upgraded room after reading other negative reviews saying that upgrade is a must !! Unfortunately the upgraded room was a big disappointment . The rug had stains all over it that made it look as...

For our first experience in a winter clubmed, it was a very nice one. It is true that the rooms are out dated, but they were clean. For a family of four we had two communicating rooms, which was just enough. Although the old amazing animation days seem to be over, my oldest son, 7 years old had fun. For...

“chose a room that is in the newer part, and even then, in floors that are closer to the lobby (minus 1 is better then minus 5), and in those floors, a room closer to the elevator since the corridors are as long and dark and stuffy ,as you can imagine”
