My family and I stayed for a week in February 2019. We had the most amazing holiday ever. The hotel, food, staff and everything about this place is amazing. Yes okay a little dated, but Such kind ‘caring’ staff that always made us feel welcome. My family and I are truly grateful for our stay with them. Especially as our daughter then went onto do the rest of the workaseason. These people work extremely hard to make your holiday perfect. Congratulations to you all and a huge thank you for looking after us. My husband and I have booked again in the same hotel next February 2020.

Stayed here for a weeks skiing in March. Absolutely great. Rooms were spotless, lovely complimentary toiletries and great views. All meals, including afternoon tea were first class and excellent choice. Rainier and his hard working friendly staff provided exceptional service everyday, always friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We´ve stayed at Les Cimes for Tomorrowland Winter 2019 hence and also due to the reviews we didn´t expect much. It was quite ok as a room during a festival at which you usually don´t spend much time in your hotel but in general there´s a lot of work to do here, although it´s not all up to Inghams who run the hotel as they don´t own it. All the staff were really polite and somehow spread kind of a family-like spirit, but there are things which need to be fixed asap: - Our room hat a serious amount of mold on the wall. Not just like some little spots which aren´t what you´d like to have but are still sort of ok, in fact it covered huge parts of the wall. The entire outside-facing wall felt cold and wet during the entire week. - The cleanliness of the room was ok but not in the rest of the hotel. It all looks kind of shabby and dirty. I don´t talk about the ski area map in the lift which was partly teared down and also not about the look of the ski/luggage room for which it´s absolutely ok to be not completely clean. I´m talking about dirty carpets, about crumbles from the tables just put on the floor by the staff during breakfast and also about sticky information sheets and leaflets in the reception area. - Towels weren´t changed during the entire week. A dirty towel which we had put on the floor (like how you´re used to in hotels around the globe) wasn´t taken away. Instead it was hanged on the rack again on to clean towels. - The room was cleaned everyday which is great but unfortunately basically just consisted of emptying the bins and making the bed. On one day we found the toilet brush still in the toilet. How can staff forget it there? - The bedside tables were just stools with a fancy 90s moquette. You can get proper bedside tables for just a few Euro at IKEA though. That would make the rooms look much nicer though. - The sink of the shower didn´t work really well. Although this is not a serious issue I think it should be taken care of. Also the shower head was very dirty. - It seems the hotel didn´t inform the organisers of Tomorrowland in advance that half board is only provided on 5 days. We were prepared as it is mentioned on the Inghams website but still something that shouldn´t happen. They offered to order pizza but of course you were ment to pay for. - At breakfast you mostly had to ask for more bread as there were only baguettes mostly cut in small slices whereas the toast most people were up for was almost never restocked without the staff being asked by the guests. The pastries were pretty fresh, also there were fresh fruit. On one day there was also a hot option in the form of a brunch. - The dinner was served as a buffet with starters (during our stay salad from the buffet and soup), two main courses and a dessert (ice cream was available too). The food was nice, however the vegetables mostly cold. You get free wine during dinner and you get plenty of it but all other drinks except still water have to be paid extra, some of which at actually quite expensive prices, costing even more than in the bars in town. The hotel offers a bar card which gets you 10 drinks for 55 Euros though. - The cutlery, plates and cups weren´t always clean. You don´t expect a high class service in that kind of hotel but you definitely expect clean plates. - On our last day the hallway was full of used bedsheets and towels just placed on the floor. That looks kind of disgusting. Why not put them directly in the baskets which they are put in anyway later on? In general the hotel needs a good makeover and a lot of new paint, then it might be quite a good place to stay as the rooms facing south all have a lovely room to the valley (all triple rooms, twins and doubles are facing north). Also there´s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and the lifts, no matter to which part of the skiing area your heading, are close by. A Sherpa Supermarket is located around the corner, a Carrefour and a Spar a short walk away. We felt like the staff knew pretty well about the downsides of the hotel they´re in charge and it seems they try to do the best they can to provide a good service. But Inghams definitely needs to improve quality here. We might stay here again for Tomorrowland but definitely not for a skiing/winter holiday, although, I´d like to mention it again, the staff was throughout very friendly at all times.

- The non-permanent Personal seems to be not educadet in hotrl bussned. - most of the staffe are not older than 22 yeaers! - Strange rules: towels wan't be changed during the stay - no real half board but half board was booked. - realy bad cleaning - the sink diden't worked... and was not fixed - sauna is some times open /some times not.. ans if so only after 15:00 - on breakfast you will have to wait for food bec. the crew is like making other sings like listen to music than to bring new food. - there where some things booked on my bill that we do NOT consumed! - the reseption is not well avaiable... you will have to search some one by yourself.

Our second visit to this chalet hotel run by Inghams, our first being in 2014. It is situated in a prime position just a very short walk to an easy track down to the Grand Sure chairlift which takes you up to Signal and the heart of the system. On an evening an easy red or a bit of poleing along a path will bring you back almost to the hotel front door. (snow permitting). Clean, warm and comfortable the hotel offers good sized rooms with plenty of cupboard and shelf space and most rooms have baths. South facing rooms carry a supplement but are worth it and have superb views over the valley. Meals were excellent with an extensive buffet breakfast featuring plenty of hot options, afternoon tea and a very good evening buffet featuring at least 3 main dishes which were different each evening. You book a dining room entry time at breakfast and each table time is staggered by 10 minutes so there are no queues, which worked very well. The bar area was pleasant and on a very snowy day the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and provided table games,a quiz and films on the tv. There is also a sauna and steam room. Our very comfortable stay was completed by the excellent management team & friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. We were a group og 17 and have already booked again for next year.
