Location amazing - best in resort! - and resort superb. Chalet cramped and main gripe - living area v small - so much so that there is no privacy from the chalet staff as the small living/dining area is open plan onto the kitchen. Piste bashers hardly noticeable. Top floor bedrooms were small but fun for children in the group...

My daughter and I stayed in a club room at the this chalet, although small it was perfectly ok for the purpose of sleeping. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Afternoon tea was ready at lunch, so a relaxing time was had getting ski boots off and relaxing in the chalet. Dinner was lovely. The hosts...

This was our first time skiing and first time in a catered chalet and the experience was fantastic. Greg and Connie, our hosts, were brilliant and could not do enough for us. The food was superb and there was plenty of it! We had a restaurant quality three course meal every night (except Wednesday which is the hosts' night off)...

Rooms are small apart from one, which still has single beds. These are small, but the mattress is very supportive. This was a huge surprise to me and was really much better than expected. The bathroom was serviceable. Every time I put shampoo on my hair I covered the beam first and I'm only 5ft 8! Hot water was an...

just returned from Alpe d'huez, the location of this chalet couldn't be better. Having been on a lot of ski holidays previously, this chalet also can't be beaten on value. The chalet staff Jo and Emily, were amazing putting up with our group of 7, mostly ex seasonaires, the food was plentiful, quality and the wine was free flowing. We...

Hubby and I had never been on a skiing holiday before, although we had been on Neilson summer holidays, so we had some idea of the renowned hospitality awaiting us. We went with a group of friends and occupied the whole of the chalet - some of us had varying diet requirements. The hosts, Joe, Emily and Laura managed to...

Me & a mate done a late booking as we had tracked the weather for the best late snow, so we only had a few choices in places to stay. We oped for this chalet as it was next to the chairlift to the snowpark as well as ski in/out... The chalet sleeps 14, however we only had 11 which...

The spot could not be better - certainly the best place to be BUT the accommodation itself was very limited. The main room only had an L-shaped sofa to comfortably seat 5 people and the lodge sleeps 14. There is only 1 decent room and 2 others that are not bad on the first floor with patio doors & balconies....

Firstly this was our first ski holiday so I am unable to offer comparisons. We went with a large group and hired out the whole chalet, this has significant benefits as there was never a dull moment. The chalet staff Zoey and Dominic were brilliant all week. Food was enjoyed by us all the menu was varied and actually better...
