We've just spent a great couple of days in this small hotel. Yes it is a bit quirky, stairs all over the place, but we thought that added to its charm. It's right on the main square (have to move your car for the huge Tuesday morning market), but you can park outside to load and unload briefly, then drive...

My room was small and clean, which was good enough for me, but it's a basic hotel with nothing special about it. Great if you just need a place to keep your stuff while you out drinking your wine or riding your bicycle to Mt. Ventoux. You can't really say it's a budget hotel since it cost almost $200/night. It's...

Very good location for walking to all local sights. Funky set up, but great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable. Free parking a short walk away. Roman ruins 3 minute walk I found room quiet with windows closed, facing square, could not hear any noise. Really nice terrace for breakfast or drinks and snacks

I suspect this may be a bit of a marmite hotel - you either love it or you hate it - I am afraid I fall into the latter category. My first impression of the hotel was that it was more like a hostel. Nothing much happened to change that. It is a bit like a rabbit warren with staircases...

A group of six painters and one photographer spent two weeks here. We were all really happy with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were lovely, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, bread etc, all served on a terrace overlooking a tree lined square. Some of the rooms were a bit small but clean and all that u...

We had one of the premium, big room with balcony, giving on the main square of the town. Nevertheless not noisy. To access the room, you have to negotiate staircases upon staircases. This can be difficult if you have big and/or heavy luggage, as there is no lift. Everything else was fine, We have come to this hotel many times...

I stayed here with a small tour group that was walking through Provence and visiting wineries. Be aware that there are no elevators - my room was on the 3rd floor so I got lots of exercise! The hotel faces the town square which is full of large, beautiful sycamore trees. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful. How can you...

What a wonderful little place this is! Very accommodating and laid back. Nobody is in a rush to do anything but serve you a bottle of wine and a croissant! As it should be. Clean, quiet, centrally located, with the park across the street and lots to do nearby, this is a score for sure. I might not go home.

We had a reservation in another hotel and they cancelled it with any notice. So we made a last minute reservation here. The staff was very polite and the hotel was clean. Thank you for the title of your opinion, but the fact that you give us 3/5 as note really does not favour us. On July 14th and the arrival of Tour de France, it is willy-nilly rather festive and rather loud. For stairs, we do not hide from it. but I think that in spite of the note you will...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our hotel is really an atypical establishment. All rooms are different, of a sober and elegant decoration. The design and the contemporary art occupy an important place for Burrhus. Everywhere you will cross original works of already confirmed artists. For twenty years, we organize numerous exhibitions of contemporary art and in particular since 2007, the for a weekend (2nd of december) "Supervues" which gathers in the hotel 35 artists who occupy all a room.In spite of this originality which makes of the hotel Burrhus an exceptional place we chose to stay in a range of completely reasonable and fixed prices. We attach a big importance for the fact that each feels good in Burrhus, of course, you, our customers but also: Susanne, Enrico, Zohra, Jemaa, Fabrice, Jocelyn, our devoted and nice staff who for several years trains our team. We hope to see you soon and to surprise you also by the quality of our breakfast at the 9€ price! ... more   less
