Riyadh a very bad experience with this hotel. We arrived very late at 12 am and we were very tired. Since it’s my sister wedding we booked for a sea view room and they gave us the worst room at the hotel and told sorry madam this is the only available room we have and we offer you! And we can’t promise to give you another option because all the rooms are occupied and someone came earlier and took your room!!! So we decided to change the hotel and they told me it’s ok we can give you your money back so I left the hotel at 1 am to look for another hotel randomly!! And paid again. The day after I called them and ask them to send me an email but the keep saying don’t worry don’t worry and until this moment I haven’t received anything from them either empor my money so be careful with that! Hopefully this review will help me to get my money back from them. …

This hotel felt just lovely from the moment I arrived. The location right by the sea cannot be beat. I loved the access to swimming in the sea and on days when the sea was rough I enjoyed the pool. The location feels remote, but you can walk to a few restaurants / beach bars in 5-10 mins and a mini market in 15 mins. And the main town is an easy 10 min taxi ride away. I didn’t have a car while there. The hotel arranged a car for me from the Cannes train station and also to the Nice airport. The staff at the restaurant were great and always made me feel welcome. The dinner food was a tad hit or miss for me, but most of it was great. The only downside for me is that I was put in a handicap/accessible room (I did not request one). So the bathroom was an open setup and when showering water got EVERYWHERE in the bathroom and made a mess. When I go back I’ll make sure to not be placed in an accessible room.…

Not cheap, but the stay is worth the money Access to the sea, pool, spa area and attached restaurant in one place are very rare, service is perfect - If there is one wish left, it would be the small rooms in the basic version

Perfect location , amazing pool , Sea area , food ... I will definitely come back next year , the hotel is also perfect for family stays . Very friendly staff , rooms very clean . My Hybrid car was charged every night .

No perfect blackouts in the rooms was a big, big problem for us, as well as low quality pillows. However the staff is excellent and very pleasant, location is very good, the pool is nice and well maintained.

Fabulous view and beach vibe. Staff amazing, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, gorgeous Côte d'Azur hotel! We stayed for 2 nights as part of our Backroads trip and then extended for an extra 2 nights. So glad we did, was beautiful and relaxing. Just 10 min from Théoule-sur-Mer town.

Overall a well below average experience at the Tiara Miramar Hotel for what should have been a premium hotel. Whilst the hotel has direct access onto the sea which is lovely, it is a bit of a remote location and about a 30-40 minute drive to Cannes. The distance or location would not be a problem if the hotel is a “destination” in itself or provides an experience when you are at the hotel but it does not. The hotel itself, the rooms, and the service, was a massive let down from the expectations we had on a number of fronts. All the staff are pleasant, they have good attitudes and also put in effort but all seem unsure of what a 5 star service actually is. The staff functionally do the basics but it feels like they have not been well trained and don’t provide a good, consistent service. An exception was Fabrice in the restaurant who was consistently good and went out of his way. The rooms and general hotel decor are pretty outdated. Bathroom door did not open/close, our room smelt like cigarettes, the lounge had stains on it and the showers are either hot, or boiling hot which is not ideal during a heat wave or summer holiday. The single restaurant is very average and the food was inconsistent with a basic menu. The concierge made several recommendations for activities and restaurants, none of which were good. The boat recommendation was one of the worst on the Mediterranean we have had. When we spoke to the concierge about the restaurant recommendations, they said they had not tried them so they didn’t know if they were good or not. Not sure why they would be recommended then? Internet speed is very slow, too slow to post or work from. We booked because it was a 5 star hotel that is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels if the World. We often stay at SLH which normally brings a level of premium expectation for the group. Tiara Miramar felt far from premium and poorly managed acompared to other SHL experiences. They would be doing well to be an entry level 4 star hotel. We ended up spending a couple of nights at another 5 star hotel in Nice which was a much more positive experience in every regard.…

A fabulous hotel on the Mediterranean-dream location-can swim in the sea(with safety net at the entrance of the swimming area)-so very safe.The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool with the same stunning view.Rooms and restaurants are fabulous
