The location is excellent, the concierge, the waitress were very nice and knowledgeable. The room general conditions can be improve, the decoration theme is not the best for a hotel in the Côte d’Azur …. The balcony too small , hairdryer outdated ,big tree blocking the main window . I think for the location, the views , the food, the employee deserve an improvement in the decoration and general buildings appearance, if you improve that, the hotel could be perfect !

The issue here was simple: the price we paid, at €671 per night, wasn’t nearly justified by the overall experience. First, the good. The view from our room, 25, was exceptionally lovely, with an uninterrupted outlook of the sea, coves and wooded hills dotted with houses. Our room was large, with a well dimensioned balcony. The general location is a delight. We were given a warm reception by the charming Directrice. Unfortunately, there is also the far from good. First the restaurant was closed both nights of our stay. We had been advised in advance and aternatives were found but we would have preferred not to have to travel at all. Breakfast was served and stylishly so by skilled staff, but no dinner. The key to our room failed three times and had to be replaced three times. The maid removed a key from the slot while we were out, thereby cutting the electricity to the room and preventing appliances left to charge from doing so. The coffee machine didn’t work, instead leaking water onto books. Pillow cases were stained. The leather on the chair was worn away. The shower screen was cheap and plastic. Worst, perhaps were the, let’s say inexperienced, staff. No guest appreciates being patronisingly told how to put an electronic key into a door lock by a very young receptionist, or being shown how to do so, moments before said receptionist accepts what she had been told: it didn’t work. Everyone accepts that things go wrong from time to time. Unfortunately this wasn’t a case of one thing and of course the issue is less about things going wrong and more about service recovery. Basically I was told that the room key issue was my fault. Twice! Our general impression of Yaktsa Tiara was that it had been partially refurbished and that staff developed was a work in progress, with perhaps too few staff. It is, unquestionably, in a wonderful location but at its price point it has to deliver a lot more than a lovely view and a charming manager. Sorry, but not good enough.

We couldn’t have had a better experience at the Hotel Tiara Yaktsa! The manager and employees gave us lots of personal service, making the check-in process wonderful. Marine then showed us the pool, and showed us around our room. Our suite was beautifully appointed and comfortable, with a breathtaking ocean view. The bathroom was also large and well-appointed, with a huge 2-person shower. The hotel staff was so very kind, and were amazingly helpful with our every question. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious, and enjoying out on the terrace, overlooking the spectacular ocean view, was an unparalleled experience. We loved every precious minute!

Our stay at Hotel Tiara Yaktsa was quite nice and just what the wife and I needed. It is conveniently located in a quiet area and a short drive to Cannes and Nice. Having the great dinner in the hotel was really convenient too. Unfortunately it was quite windy one day so hanging out outside was not really an option but the other day it was much better and having the option of using the facilities at the hotel's sister operation down the street was perfect. I only wish the fitness area had better equipment as it was also extremely small. Other than that it was an awesome stay!

The views are unbelievable. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast show why it is Michelin star honored. The service at the restaurant top notch as well. The place is quiet, romantic, and a great contrast to some of the hustle and bustle in Nice. So no regrets that my wife and I ended our France trip with two nights here. However, it does not get five starts because I think it takes what is given to them a bit for granted. The views and ambience and the setting is so amazing that the hotel seems to have rested on that. I think the place needs a major update. The brown tiles are from the 70;s. The beds looking out to the sea are old, some of the covers are ripped up etc... I did find it strange that sometimes there was no place to park our car. These are minor details, and my wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. But when you are asking close to 4 figure prices per night, I think there are things that need to be done to validate that.

Gorgeous small, quiet, tranquil hotel - amazing views, wonderfully welcoming staff, luxury break. Espy enjoyed the tranquility at the pool and the Balinese beds. And everyone working there was first class - they enhanced cour stay. Thank you all - we really enjoyed it 😎

Beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff. Off the beaten path location ensures quiet and privacy. Outstanding views - really incredible. Epitomizes what Relais & Chateaux property should be. So glad we had the chance to stay here.

The good: Amazing view & location, nice room, quality in house dining in a Michelin * Restaurant the bad: Service and reactivity... In the luxury price category Yaktsa wants to play the details have to work. They don't... really not examples: - Suite (!) not ready at 16:00 in the afternoon - Concierge suggets I park my car myself.... and guess what when leaving, even so giving feedback had to collect my car also myself - Welcome drink... we had to wait 25mins for a glas of wine... that was ready beside reception - In the room a power plug was pointed out especially for hair drying which... didn't work. etc. there is more... the ugly: we are Regulars in Hotels like the Yaktsa, so we decided to give the feedback to Management after all chance to learn... Reaction to it was astonishing... actually NO reaction except a "thank you for this, it will help future guests. Honestly I have never seen a hotel on this level not even making a MINIMUM gesture to the customer.... AND letting me collect my own car afterwards... so "mess up the stay" and leave a bad aftertaste. Price performance subpar. From the Yaktsa we left to a Boutique Hotel in St.Tropez... have the price with a unbelievable service...
