This hotel is outstanding on all fronts and we enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, greeted in the foyer and overlooking the pool and beach below, we were so pleased to be here! We asked about a sea-view and were upgraded for a fee per night. Our room was overlooking the water on the top level with a balcony which we enjoyed so very much. We visited the restaurant on our first day for lunch as we waited for our room to be ready and enjoyed and the service, champagne and food were wonderful. Overall, our housekeeping was good and the attention by the pool upstairs, including aperol spritz in the afternoon, were fabulous. We also enjoyed cocktails in the lobby areas on the sofas and the bartender was outstanding. We asked for a car ride to the train station our last morning and all worked out quite well--lovely gent and again, great front desk staff. Highly recommend this fantastic escape as it is located just a short walk to the village and would make for a romantic getaway anytime! We would gladly return!…

We arrived at the hotel at around three in the afternoon and did not have the chance to have lunch before, There is absolutely nothing to eat except of noodles with tomato sauce or overpriced small pieces of cheese and ham outside of lunch and dinner time, which is ridiculous for a 5-stars hotel with 24h swimming pool and an own beach.

We spent 5 days here and could have easily stayed longer. The hotel team is all about customer service 24/7. Meals in the Bistro are delicious, breakfast is great and the beach cafe is also delicious! Small set back is that elderly people can’t walk around pool perimeter easily or at all. Very narrow. They are also strict about saving pool chairs bc they are so limited. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!!!

I took a green tea with a plate of strawberries. The staff is very welcoming. The café is on Bandol most beautiful beach. The sun, the tea, the sea in front of me. It was a great, unforgetable experience.

We stayed at the hotel last week. make sure that when you book a room here it is with chance of cancellation prior. We asked to cancel the 3 rooms one week in advance (exactly 7 days) as we had an issue within our company, and the only chance we were given was that the hotel would try and sell the rooms and only in case they managed to sell them, we would get a voucher valid until December…We stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and this has never happened to me. 0 tolerance if a guest has a severe problem. So basically we were forced to go to avoid loosing our money. Restaurant inside the hotel is a no go, very expensive and food isn’t great, and service is extremely slow. I suggest you eat elsewhere. Rooms are nice, view is nice, and beach is nice even though the beds were full and none of them are kept exclusively for the guests of the hotel! A family with kids were not given the chance to stay, and eat, even though they were staying at the hotel! We went for a swim at the beach at 18,00 and sat down on the beds, and the two guys working at the beach were already taking away the beds! We almost got kicked out 40 minutes before 19.00 which is the time the beach is closing!!!! Room service starts at 18.30, which is absurd. Spa is OK; nothing excellent.…

This hotel has so many things going for it, I would like to see it reach its fullest potential. The location is superb and the views from our Privilege Room were spectacular. The room itself was very comfortable and nearly all of my criticisms of other French hotels were resolved here: excellent lighting at the sink in the bathroom, fine rainwater shower, extremely comfortable beds, plenty of storage space Two English language news channels (BBC and CNN) The only design correction that would be helpful would be the addition of a rubber gasket under the moveable glass shower door. The current design means there will always be water splashing out of the shower. The extraordinarily courteous, caring and alert staff are a premium asset of the hotel. Not to slight others, we were especially fond of Gregory who showed a personal interest in us as guests. Two problems, one that can be corrected, the other I'm not sure. Using your restaurant for three levels of service at dinner, lunch and breakfast is an unusual solution. The Michelin Star Restaurant at night is outstanding and worth the steep tariffs. We did not visit at lunchtime. As to breakfast, it was adequate, but a mix of premium and standard products. (Breads and pastries were generic) The most annoying thing is the very awkward flow where the guests must access the buffet. We don't like buffets, but understand they are somewhat inevitable these days. But standing in line to have your room number checked, no orderly direction for picking up your food items, and the often long walk to your table is more a 3 star hotel routine. The biggest flaw, which is probably permanent, is the one main elevator for guests, staff and spa clients. Long waits, elevators filled with service carts and people standing in line does not evoke a five star experience. We did not use the spa, pool and many other amenities. They appeared to be first rate. I'm sure our room rate subsidizes them along with the cost of the premium location. We would stay here again. The staff, view and magical restaurant prevail over some annoyances.…

I did go to this place several times in the past years, but this time it was total failure, a few examples: - I had to call several times before receiving a confirmation by mail - cleaning lady opening the door at 8.30 the first morning to clean up the room - had to pay the transat on the beach because there was no transats left at the pool (1/2 of the transats were free but people leave their towels on them to make sure it is busy and they come back a couple of hours later) - I asked for some newspapers and got them 2 hours later -....... ..... I told the reception about this and I had to come back in order to make sure that my claims were taken serioulsy. The responsible of the reception did not even say we are sorry..... Last time I will go in this places, there is no profesionalism, we talked ot others at the pool and the service was not good at all for them either. Other Hotels have a very good view on the riviera.....…

The hotel delivers its promise on: A) location, with a beautiful affinity pool overlooking a beautiful bay and public beach B) quality of rooms/facilities (clean, well maintained) C) a decent yet coldish service (great bar service, cold front-desk personnel) Prices are on the high end which comes with the hotel rating I assume. My worst surprise came when we checked out and got our car delivered by the valet, realizing it got deep scratches on the front (small yet visible). I called the hotel to report this incident, and was promised someone will call me back. But nobody did. The person I spoke to did not seem to care about the situation (when I asked if i should give her my phone number, she responded ‘if you want’!). This is a very poor customer service !

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times in recent years. The restaurant, always nice, has been recognised with a Michelin star. We also enjoyed the beach restaurant open only in July and August in the evening I think. Lovely views from the rooms. Very pleasant staff. Not cheap but a great hotel.

We are still smarting from the extortionate €30 pp/day for sun beds which spoilt our last visit in Sept 2017. We would so love to return. I think if they just incorporated in the bill without mentioning the charge it wouldn’t be so bad. We are still angry and upset.
