We were a group of 8 who stayed in September 2016. The Villa Gaia was everthing and more than we could have wished. After the first evening we were all in agreement that dinner in for our full week was what we wanted. Each night we had delicious and delightful Provencal specialities served with charm and elegance by Georges-Eric, our... More

This hotel and pension is located in an old private parc. The hosts are very friendly and have managed to create a tranquil place, with lovely rooms, a lovely garden and the most wonderful home cooked food. We had all our dinners here and enjoyed all meals. We planned first to stay for 3 nights but extended our stay to... More

An excellent place to stay. It is located in big, lovely property and immediately gives you a pleasant, relaxing feeling. The owners are very friendly. You can have your glass of wine outside in the gardens, and dinner is served at 20:00 in the large dining room. Excellent home made cooking! It is a wonderful experience to stay at the... More

The Gaia has retained all the style and character of the traditional spa hotel - lovely, extensive grounds with ornamental ponds, cypress trees etc.; sauna; ample garden seating for reading/relaxing. The interior is tastefully furnished - antiques etc. - and modern improvements have been carefully integrated. The welcome is friendly; the rooms comfortable and spotless. Dinner (reservation required) on a... More

We stayed at the Villa Gaia on the last night of our visit to Provence. As it was not the height of tourist season we left booking a place to stay until we knew where we would be on that day. We were delighted with our choice. Booking was easy, the owners were very friendly, the room delightful and meals... More

I can't say enough positive things about this place, I highly recommend it. It had such a wonderful atmosphere of being typically French and family owned. The building is very pretty and the inside is clean and comfortable. We had a lovely hosted dinner and breakfast, both of which were fantastic. I liked the way it didn't have too many... More

We couldn't book so just drove around and found it! A very friendly welcome. Relaxed in the garden with a glass of wine and at 20:00 dinner was served. An excellent homely meal with fresh ingredients from the garden. The madame did the cooking, her husband served us and made sure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was good, but... More

If you are looking for TV, fancy and modern furnitures and air condition don't choose Villa Gaia. But if you want a unique experience of a France from the early to mid 20 century, with food made to perfection the old way and with a couple running the establishment that genuinly care about giving you a royal treatment, then you... We dropped on the Villa Gaia as we were searching for a nights stopover on our way to Italy and after a hard days driving it was just the place to be.
