It was initially a business trip that also turned into a family outing because my kids were off school so we all went. Bad points = 1.The outside of the hotel its self looked very tired and in need of a serious paint job. 2. The reception area seemed like it had part time staff because they were hard to... More

We stayed here for one night (group of 6) on the way back from a festival. Our room was so dated with paint drops all over the floor. Not only that but there was wires exposed everywhere, which I'm pretty sure is a health hazard. In our shower the shower head is not attached to the shower it's fully loose... More

Hotel is cheap so expect nothing more than just a polite hello and nothing else. The staff were nice people. The hotel on the other hand is very very basic. WiFi is useless as it seems to be household wifi being used for business purpose. Room was average. No lock on the bathroom door, shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.... More

We stayed in a twin room for 11 nights. The hotel is "no frills" accommodation but good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly. When we were there the building was in the middle of being renovated so it was not looking its best at that time. Our room was small but clean. One small complaint, there wasn't... More

Damp, plaster coming off wall, had to make our own beds. Overcrowded. Toilet seat broken. Seems like the place is in continual , unfinished renovation. Reception / staff is rude and not helpful at all. Don't stay here. Only good thing is view on the square if you lucky to have room facing that side

I was a little nervous about my stay here given some of the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I only stayed one night before catching the ferry to Dover, but my room was big and clean, and I had a balcony. I didn't have any issues with noise, as i read in some reviews, but I was on... More

This was probably the worst value for money of anywhere I've stayed anywhere in the world! The beds were uncomfortable - though as it was a twin room I did manage to have the better of the two. No tea or coffee making facilities - the shower was okay, though it did take a long tome to heat up. Room... More

We have stayed here before, earlier this year but my my my how a few months have changed things. First of all I too booked with Booking.com and quite quickly my credit card was cloned and used - I have no evidence it was this place but looking at other reviews?? The bed was clean but the bathroom had seen... More

If you want to sleep on the French side of the tunnel before taking the shuttle, this could be your hotel. Very friendly priced and with very friendly and helpful staff, convenient situated in the center of town (bars and restaurants, all ok, just in front) we stayed here with 3. No problems except that our car (parked in their... More
