This hotel certainly doesn't feel like a 2 star hotel. We had the family room 19/20, with a bunk bed for our children, which was just right for us. The bathroom is a little small, but perfectly acceptable. breakfast was wonderful, some continental breakfasts can be pretty measly, but this filled us up until the evening, with cold meats, cheeses,... After a long train trip I was glad to only have a 2minute walk to the hotel. I was warmly greeted and checked in. The room was comfortable and the shower worked well. The staff provided me with a map and let me know where the best places to eat were. The breakfast at the Anzac is awesome, something for... More

The location of this hotel - opposite the station - is very useful, and though it means that there is some background noise, it honestly wasn't too bad. My room also gave a spectacular view of the Tour Perret. The interior of the hotel is rather charming, if I'm honest, and my room was clean and airy, though perhaps a... More

Booked this hotel as we needed a hotel to get to the Anzac service. It was next to the train station and other attractions. Staff helpful and friendly but their English is poor. The Room was very small. Facilities were adequate but no fridge. Wifi was great but could not use Viber or Skype calls. We had a top floor... More

Good things: Location, very close to the center, nice staff, good wi-fi Bad things: Small room, just one bathroom for 10 rooms, no sink in the toilet, creaking floorboards, too expensive for conditions

For a budget hotel, I would rate it as very, very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is delicious - croissants, bread, pain au chocolat, cheeses, fruit, eggs and a variety of tasty treats all leave you sated to head out and explore. It is conveniently located directly across from the train station (a 5... More

It must be remembered that this is a 2 star hotel. With that in mind the breakfast is great (cooked eggs and sausage with a good variety of pastries) parking was in the street but readily available. Great Access to riverside restaurants (highly recommend the Ad Hoc restaurant) great base for visiting war memorials and cemeteries

Location is great, especially if you are travelling via train (we had car and parking was no problem in the same street). Our room was with shared bathroom, and had no issues with this. Wifi did not work for us on any device (iphone/android/laptop).

Great location. Hosts as helpful as could be with language barrier. If you love breakfast do partake...offerings vast, fresh and good value. Room older in fashion but ok. No all have bathroom so check when booking. No sumo wrestler will be getting in the shower. No courtyard or area to relax if you wanted to get off your bed or... More

Was late getting to the hotel due to missing our Eurostar train to Lille. However we made it to the hotel by 9pm. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated their suggestion to see the light & sound show at the cathedral that started soon afterwards. Breakfast was appropriate for the budget level of the hotel and we... More
