This place is excellent. It is close to the railway station but you can't hear the trains at all. It has its own parking off the road and it is walkable into town which is very pleasant. Breakfast was good, the room excellent and clean - Wifi a bit sticky but ok in the right position. My husband said he... More

We needed somewhere to stay for one night on our journey to catch a ferry the following day. Handy location in Alencon. Secure parking.Choice of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was basic but clean and newly decorated. Our en suite could have done with a refurbishment but it was clean and did the job. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.... More

We stayed for 2 nights, and had 2 rooms the first night and one the second as we had dropped our son off at his new apartment. We were delighted to be greeted by the hosts and a lovely Golden Retriever, secure parking was great and an easy walk to many restaurants and the town centre. The rooms were clean... More

Easy online booking, airy room with a view over the splendid garden, secure offstreet parking, good wifi, and all within 5 minutes walk of the city cente: what more could you want? The only cavil I have for this friendly, clean, welcoming hotel is the lack of ventilation in the "facility." Or was I simply too dim to find the... More

Stayed the one night on our way south towards Bordeaux. Good secure parking in a lovely courtyard setting. Nice patio area to sit and have a drink or in the bar indoors. No restaurant for evening meals but good choices all within walking distance. Breakfast is extra but the receptionist who can speak English did politely explain.

Third time we have used the hotel for an overnight stopover, excellent location just a short stroll to the centre, a coded secure car park, helpful and informative staff at reception, very clean, nice garden and terrace. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from
