A very pretty hotel with a beautiful, secluded garden. Excellent interior design with very high class furnishings and décor. Very well thought out, comfortable and everything functions properly. We stayed here 3 nights on a tour of the surrounding WW1 sites. Quiet location in a residential neighbourhood with a beautiful garden, 10 to 15 minutes walking to the town centre, restaurants, shops, etc. Our room was comfortable, but without AC, the nights were hot. Excellent breakfast with squeeze your own orange juice, boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, cereal, pastries.... More

Stayed here for just three nights with a group who use the hotel frequently. Easy to understand why, with friendly attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great setting off the main road with its own parking. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. We had room 10 on the ground floor which opens onto the garden. Plenty of space,well... More

The Hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay (3 nights) very much. The Hotel was easy to find (with sat nav) and has a large car park and pretty gardens. It is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town. Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the en-suite large and well equipped. It was... More

Stayed here for 4 nights [Thursday to Monday]. The hotel is very comfortable and a very good breakfast is served. The restaurant is open for dinner on week nights and there is a reasonable choice with a 2 or 3 course option on the fixed menu. House red is good and a 500ml pichet suits us well. Staff friendly and... More

Hard to find and accessed from an unpromising road but set in pretty gardens 100 metres back and quiet. Made to feel thoroughly welcome. Bedroom well thought-out and spacious and a partially screened-off area outside it to sit in. The towels too small.... The food in the pleasant dining room good and good value. The coffee and hot chocolate at... More

Modern hotel, slightly removed from main roads, full of flowers, modern rooms, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom, excellent breakfast buffet. Would have liked to stay there a few days, but our visit was too short...

We have now made our second and third visits to this lovely Hotel and have not been disappointed either time. We stayed on 4th and 9th of September whilst taking our daughter to Switzerland. At first I was not sure about revisiting as, often, return visits to other establishments have led to disappointment in the past, however, the standard of... More

Stayed before as a group, excellent hospitality. Returned for a "quickie" and were treated like old friends. Philippe and Sandrine make it a very special place with great attention to detail and great food. And its classic car friendly too!

The Beatus is a secluded oasis, set back from the Avenue de Paris. It's gardens and flowers are beautiful, as is the wisteria arch leading to the main entrance. For the WW1 tank enthusiast, the foyer lounge is fascinating. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms modern and comfortable. The restaurant serves a range of delicious meals and there...
