This is a nice place ideally situated right across from the rail station but not dominated by it. The neighbourhood is just fine, with attractive well maintained buildings and not at all the run-down type you sometimes get near stations. The hotel has a good vibe, a bit quirky, recently renovated but in a historic old building. Friendly and helpful...

My wife and I found this hotel on trip advisor and thought we'd try it out. Not disappointed at all! Great place with wonderful friendly staff. They are clearly renovating the place upstairs. But the rooms are first class. We had a suite, breakfast and secure parking for under €100. They could probably screen off the areas upstairs that are...

The hotel is undergoing restoration with only the bar left to be done so that wasn't open but the restaurant bar was so no problem. The rooms were squeaky clean new, some much so that they hadn't got around to plugging the fridge in. Free tea and coffee in the very spacious rooms which is unusual these days. Excellent food...

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and it certainly exceeded our expectations. There is car parking, but this is around the back in a separate garage so it's best to drop off your luggage before parking the car - besides which an entry code is required anyway. The room appeared to have been recently modernised and was clean,...

Old hotel seems to be undergoing a positive upgrade. Room was well-equiped. Attractive bar and restaurant. Good location near gare. In fact, avoid the outside rooms facing the gare. Curtains don't block the lights which are on all night. Noise too.

Stayed for just one night in January. Very good location being directly opposite the train station. The rooms are very modern, pleasant and reasonably priced. Food was of good quality and again reasonably priced. No car parking. Would recommend.

This hotel is pleasant enough. I was on the 2nd floor and room was large with a king sized bed. Bathroom was also spacious. However, I faced the train station and could hear every train, announcements and siren which precede them. Bar is reasonable and food is fine.

This was the most excellent value hotel. Staff, all of them, were terrific. The room was three rooms, bedroom, office, and bathroom... not posh, but entirely comfortable. Location for train travellers could not be beaten. The food is the brasserie is of an excellent standard. A very good experience all round. Do not hesitate to stay here.

My room on 4th floor at the back had nice views over the town, recently modernised but had some traditional features - excellent bathroom too. The 3 19th century hotels opposite the railway station are gradually being completely renovated to form one complex. The staff were pleasant, business like, efficient and helpful. The hotel is used by the SNCF for...

We stayed for one night in this hotel and booking in early was not a problem. The young girl on the desk was extremely helpful. There is a good lift to upper floors. I often travel with my sister and we struggle to get twin rooms. I took a punt and tried for 2 singles and was happy to be...
