This is the best hotel in this area. Quite big room compared to Paris standard with Jaciuzzi on roof top and Hamam at the ground floor. Normally decent crowd are seen as it is quite expensive .Staffs are very cooperative. Only room service is missing .

We made a reasonably late booking at the Ozz as we did not decide soon enough to go to Cap D'Agde that year. he Ozz was a great choice. The staff were very helpful and gave us great advice and directions. The hotel has a shuttle car/cart if you want to use it to get around. Ee used it a couple of times and it was helpful. Usually we preferred to walk. The jacuzzi and bar on the roof is a great place to hang out clothing optional with folks, but the water temperature was too cool to be pleasant. If they raised the temperature a tad I think it would encourage more of a crowd to hang out there. Overall it was a very good and convenient place to stay at the Cap.

The room: Well appointed, clean, modern, comfortable bed, and a nice balcony overlooking the street, (which made for good people-watching)(and exhibitionism!). We had a (large!) 3-room luxury suite, no private jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel: Clean and generally well kept. This is a more expensive hotel (for Cap) but it provided good value for money from our perspective. We paid around 500 Euros per night. Given what that gets you in most large cities or resort areas, we feel this is a fair price for the level of hotel this place is. Service: The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. From the front desk staff to the maids, everyone was friendly and attentive. They even assisted us to arrange a party with some friends on the rooftop - although they did charge the couples that attended a 20 Euro cover, which we thought was a bit much, but they're obviously maintaining an exclusive environment. They are probably doing themselves some financial harm by not opening up the rooftop to people that aren't staying there but it keeps the hotel itself from becoming a zoo like so many places in Cap are. And we enjoyed that environment - if we want a rowdy or busy place, we can walk down the street to one of the pool or foam parties or other bars. Like others have mentioned, this property is on a street and not beachfront. So the location isn't the most picturesque, but you know this going in, so I can't take anything away from the hotel. And the stream of humanity walking past at all hours of the day is quite entertaining to watch from the balcony. Thanks to the Oz'Inn team! We'll see you next time!!

Well now the top bar has been finished and everything is open, we can safely say it is a first rate hotel. The Jacuzzi area on the roof has been enhanced by the new Bar and dance area with a nice glass floor, This is especially fun on Thursday nights when they have the party up there. They still run on a minimal staff which is a shame for the hotel would be perfect with more help, but they do have a designated bar person who will serve all yor needs either on the roof or in the pool. This is the best hotel in the resort and well worth staying in, we look forward to staying there again this year. The only down size is the price still very expensive.
