Used the hotel as a base to cover this lovely area of France. Rooms are clean and tidy. Swimming pool was excellent way to cool off on warm days. Breakfast is simple but lovely to sit out in the gardens. Location is ideal for walking into the village.

The castle itself not so shabby, but the rooms, individual blocks , are old and uncomfortable , bathroom little fungus on the tub also. Breakfast simple and everyday less and less on the counter . Coffee cold .

The dining room was in the main building and the food was very good. Breakfast was also in the main building and we ate...

But off-season, when you arrive late in the evening, this is of no use. The rooms are ok but could be more comfortable (for example with carpet...

Don't be put off by the unappealing immediate surroundings of this hotel. Once through the gate you enter a different world, a peaceful park-like garden, complete with fountain playing in sight of the restaurant terrrace. We stayed for three days in August 2009. The rooms were chalet-like with their own terraces, nicely decorated and roomy with very efficient and necessary...

I stayed at the chateau du val de Ceze for one week while on a business trip. The chateau is a very small stone farmhouse that will never see any of it's original splendor again, but has had some quaint fix-ups applied that make it comfortable and a bit charming. The cabins are next to the chateau building and are...
