the hotel is well located. Very clean and friendly staff! The breakfast was pick up and collect due to covid 19 but it was very good and organised! There is also a parking but it is a little small...!
We were kindly welcomed by a very friendly lady. She even gave us a cold bottle of water when we went outside during the day, it was very hot outside in Paris that day. The location of the hotel is good and it has a good private carpark. The breakfast was also good even with the Covid19 measures. We definitely go back!
Just an unpleasant reception desk, no customer service, no desire to help and certainly not four star standard. Wondered why I had not visited France since 2004 and this attitude is exactly the reason why.
price/quality ratio not good: breakfast is very basic, WiFi not stable, aorconditioning is noisy good location because close to office but little public transport available to go to city center/ railway stations
The hotel is nice clean, breakfast was good first day and not that good in the second day, friendly staff, the hotel is a bit far from the attractive areas, but still clean and acceptable to visit for short time.
Checked in to this hotel , had a friendly welcome by the reception team Ms. Ruth . Very helpful . They printed documents for us. The buffet breakfast is great . The hotel is very clean and in a quite locality.
We stayed for 1 night with 3 families. Hotel is relatively easy to find on a Satnav. Unfortunately the car park was full, but we were re directed to one round the corner on Rue de Henri IV. That cost 16€30 for 12-24hr. There is also a few paid parking spaces on the road past the entrance to that car park (1900-0900hrs free). The hotel was comfortable and the rooms clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed here as we were driving on to the south of France and didn’t want to drive into the city. We planned a trip to sights in the afternoon using the metro, however due to the heatwave (42 degrees) and being with children we opted to stay at the hotel as it was far too hot. Also the two metro stops were closed at the Eiffel Tower. There are a few restaurants round the corner and a McDonald’s and bakery. Probably wouldn’t stay again it’s quite far out of the city and maybe not ideal for sight seeing. We were a bit disappointed as on the Google search of the hotel it shows the amenities as having a pool, which it doesn’t. However searching the Novotel website itself it doesn’t show this. Maybe something Novotel want to look at to get updated.…
Very well located nearby Foch Hospital, La Defense and Paris. Friendly team member at check in and quiet room with a park from my window. A typical novotel room with large wardrobe. Will be back for sure !
This place has seen better days - it is time for a renovation. Bathroom is old and dated. Getting into the shower requires you to climb over an unusually high bathtub. The room outfit is very plain and dull. Most staff are friendly, helpful and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast isn't bad either. Can't say the same for dinner - had one of the worst meals there in years. There isn't much choice if you have to stay in Surenes, but I doubt they would last in a more competitive environment.
Located some distance from the center of the city but close to public transport (Bus to Le' Defense and metro from there to wherever). Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, the food is good. Rooms are large and clean. Not much in the name of other amenities but a good place to stay if you'd like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
