We spent three nights at La forestiere and were sorely disappointed. Not that there are no good things to say about the place, and other reviewers had done an excellent job pointing them out - the location, the large rooms. the quite, the service, the garden and probably the restaurant (we haven't dined there but it looked nice). had this...

Dear Toni13, We are so happy to have been able to upgrade you in a Suite and have such nice feedback. You mentioned a 3 nights stay but never mentioned one of those things to our team during your stay ! You could have came to the reception, called the reception if you did not want to come to us...

It is a nice hotel in its attractive green setting. Away from busy road and cities a good place to retreat after day long of meetings. The resturant is French cuisine and be warned it is quite pricey but generally French cuisine is expensive everywhere. Reception are helpful although when we went to the resturant one of the waitering staff...

Dear Gary, Thank you very much for your comment. I am very sorry if this information has not been shared properly with you but there is a self-service Nespresso machine available in the hotel lobby before the opening time of breakfast. At least, now you know for your next stay :)

This was a company offsite so I cannot speak to the financial implications, but for a gastronomic opportunity in a bucolic setting, not far from an old castle, this is a treat. The rooms are charming - a little light-challenged - and the garden and restaurants perfect for repartee and good food and drink; we spent most of the hours...

This place is very low key, classy, authentically French. There aren't many people here (the restaurant is closed on Monday nights) but if you like a quiet place this is good for you. My bedroom is fine - nicely furnished although not plush.

We stopped overnight here following a two hour delay on the channel tunnel with our dog. The only complaint I would have had was that it was a very hot day and there were no windows in our room when the French door are closed at night time and I had to go to reception for a fan. The staff...

The good points: quaint country style hotel in the forest at the edge of Paris. Very quiet. Easy parking. Reasonable escape point to CDG. Welcoming staff. Very pleasant. Less good: the ground floor room was not air-conditioned (in July) and there was no window to be opened. One could open a door (if you move a table) and enjoy a...

I have eaten here before but never stayed and was very much looking forward to it The hotel is beautifully located and is very quiet, with just the birds, the breeze and the tennis club next door for noise The bed was very comfortable and so I had a good night's sleep Beyond that though I was a little disappointed....

From time to time I allow myself to stay at Cazaudhore when I am visiting Paris and like a nice quiet evening and a goid dinner away from Paris' hectic evening and night life. Location is in the forest of St-Gemain-en-Laie. With birds singing in the garden to wake you up and go to the restaurant where an opened bottle...

Thank you very much for your message ! All food we serve is fresh and mostly local: that can explain the price you mentioned, but I am sure that if you compare the value for money with a Parisian restaurant, we are very "affordable" :)

Back visiting the family in France so another chance to go back to this lovely restaurant! As ever we were warmly welcomed by the owner and his charming staff and the food is always very good to excellent. It is always very busy, particularly so on the Saturday night we went, but the standards remained high.

A stylish, quiet and clean hotel with very comfortable beds! A good restaurant serving french food. Children playground outside, trees all around. The only downside is a wifi not working in the restaurant at all and very slow in the hotel rooms.
