Just a few steps from the free shuttle train, an M&S food store just outside. Good bedding, lashings of hot water. Room and shower room small but fine for an overnight. Corridors looked tired but room fine. Didn’t try the food. Only negative was it was slow checking in ( not what you want after a 20 hour journey!)

Stayed 1 night. Smooth check in by the tour leader. Small entrance to the lobby, no welcome greetings, no body to assist in opening the glass door for guests. Small lift. Room is basic. There's a TV. No amenities. Only towels and attached shower gel on the wall. No kettle/coffee tea provided. Small cafe, average breakfast spread. No staff entertain guests. There's one area cordon off and only certain people can enter. Access card got issue. Cannot access the room. Need to change at the receptiont. Experience unpleasant situation around 10pm when I have to wait for about 15 minutes just to get a cup of hot water. I can see the machine but I was not allowed to enter the cafe as it was closed. He entertained another 2 guests (speaks in French) and keep me waiting infront all of them with no courtesy to cater my simple request. Managed to get the hot water at last and thanks to the staff. I would recommend for the hotel to improve their services and avoid bias in guests.

We had a little difficulty getting here. You follow the Navette and hotels sign from the airport and arrive at the bus loop. However, you don't take a bus to this hotel but need to drop down a couple of levels to the automatic train which goes to Terminal 3. One you alight there it is literally through the concourse and out (past a Marks and Spencer food hall in case you want to pick up some food - the restaurant at the hotel gets quite full with queues at peak times). The check in/out is well rehearsed, it is a HUGE complex, clearly for processing one nighter stay. Perfectly ok room (a little dated, the plastic gadgets have started to go a little yellow) but it works fine for a night and you can be back at the airport within 20 minutes.

Stayed here from 18- 20th Oct 2019 as a part of my 10th marriage anniversary euro trip. And of all the IBIS i had stayed in - This was the Best! The staff at the reception were very cordial and everyone made my trip very special. After i landed at the airport i spoke to Laura who readily guided me how to reach the hotel shuttle. It is the blue line one available every 15 mins. Also, note there are 5 IBIS hotels in the vicinity but this one is IBIS Nord 2 (Red Logo), just opposite the IBIS budget hotel, which had a blue logo. The rooms were exactly as seen in the pictures, spacious and clean, bathrooms well stocked spic-n-span, breakfast spread also was good. The windows would open though i didnt need too and the TV worked fine. Great stay & would definitely love to go back !
