I find that these 'cheap and cheerful' hotels vary in quality significantly depending upon their age. Pantin L'Eglise was rather in need of a facelift. When the wipe down floors and bathrooms are new they appear clean and serviceable. When the fixtures become tired they become more difficult to clean and this was the situation in my room at this hotel. The desk staff were very helpful but I was actually treated with gratuitous rudeness by the ladies in the breakfast room.

If you can't find a hotel in Central Paris then this is the next best thing as it is just a few steps from a metro station. The building exterior has seen better days but the room was perfectly fine, well maintained, well cleaned and overall okay. The breakfast, however, was a little bit disappointing. The variety was good, but the baked goods didn't seem fresh enough. Overall, a good place to spend the night.

Dear Abdullah, My team and I are appreciative of the feedback you have made to the reception that you have positively noted. This encourages us to maintain our efforts so that the service we provide to you best meets your satisfaction. I have noted your remark on the general conditions of our building and I am pleased to tell you that the Group is studying a medium-term renovation project that will allow us to significantly improve our facilities product and your comfort with. I hope we will have the opportunity very soon to let you know the Ibis Paris Pantin Eglise in a better light. I have stayed at this hotel twice and found it to be good value and in an interesting area despite it's not being right in the centre of Paris. I was not in Paris for long on each occasion but nevertheless did not find transport from the hotel to the rest of Paris difficult. I did find it noisy outside late in the night of 14th July when I stayed in 2015 and so ended up going into the bathroom to sleep but this obviously didn't wreck the experience as I have only just remembered it. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner the first time (2013) - the wall looked like it needed a clean - but I was probably very stressed after spending so much time looking for somewhere. The second time I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms.

Dear LouiseOrrock, You have taken the time to give us your opinion about your last stay at our establishment, and I thank you for it. It is with great pleasure that we receive your compliments. We will not fail to share your appreciations with our entire team. Your satisfaction is the greatest reward for our staff who work day after day to offer you a quality service. Compared to the noise quite late in the night of July 14, 2015 (national holiday), do not hesitate to your next coming, ask to change rooms and be on the other side of the building, to avoid the sounds of firecrackers, we will be happy to meet your expectations. I also noted your judicious remark about the cleaning of the bathroom, which I have already mentioned to the cleaning service, in connection with the control of the rooms. I thank you for being a loyal customer of our hotel and I hope we will have the very next opportunity to welcome you back to the Ibis Paris Pantin Eglise hotel. In the meantime, I beg you to believe, dear Louise Orrock, to the assurance of my sincere consideration. Amadou DIAGNE. General Manager - Ibis Paris Pantin Eglise.

Room is well arranged. Hotel is well located, close to buses and metro. No room service, no service at the bar to eat a little thing for an Accor hotel that's very poor. They pretended that a break down of the elevator was the reason for not serving items on the hotel card. This hotel should organize for improvement the respect and the quality of its services.

I've had booked a room for 3. - The sofa bed was still closed and we prepared it ourselves. - We only had two mid size towels in the hotel. When I ask at the reception the first night they gave me 1 other mid size and only two smalls. The day after the cleaners took away all the extra I did ask and left again two mid size towles. When I did ask again at receptions they gave me just one big towel and said that they "DID NOT HAVE" the small ones. - We found often the person in charge at the reception watching the tv or sitting at the bar drinking. - Very little courtesy was showed at any request- There is no service to leaving the luggage. You have to pay a store INSIDE the hotel to leave them while they could have used the same room just to store custmers baggages as any other hotels do.- I ask for late checkout being a Gold Member. They gave me just 1hr extra while I ask for 3hrs. They told me that they have given it already to too many people (not GOLD members) therefore they could not afford more rooms on late checkout becasue the hotel was fully booked. While I was checking out at 10am a guy enter the hotel asking for availability of a room and they confirmed that they had a rooms available and checkin could have been done at 12am. So they lied saying that the hotel was fully booked and they lied saying to not be able to give extra hours for late checkout. - Altought they claim to have confortable matress in my opinion they were not the standard ones that Ibis has. Very uncofortable.
