Good hotel in Boulogne. Overall very satisfied with the stay and no complaints. - Rooms are large for Paris standards. - Hotel is updated/modern (keeping in mind that its a Radisson). - Staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. - Short walk to Metro stations to take into Paris proper (tourist sites). One thing to be aware of - the 'Premium Room' we stayed in had a very high 'step over' to get into the bath tub. I don't recall seeing this anywhere else I have stayed. Was not an issue for us, but for older or mobility restricted people, it would have been an issue. I would enquire about this at the front desk if you plan on staying here.

Enjoyable stay at Radisson Blu Boulogne, close to Paris. Everything is comfortable. Products for breakfast are goods. People at front desk were always very helpfull. We lost cosmetcis in the room after having left, just a phone and they found the right solution. Thank you!

Worst hotel service ever. I booked my weeklong stay a **full year** out because of the Olympics in Paris next summer, and they canceled my stay four months after booking with no explanation. After calling multiple times (international charges at that) and emailing several times over the course of a week, I finally got a response. My room is no longer available because they booked it out already after canceling me, but I’m welcome to book a much smaller room at roughly the same price. Gee, how generous. Wound up going with a much nicer two-bedroom place in a more central district (15th arr), but am warning other travelers to stay away from this hotel. I travel roughly 100 days a year and have never experienced anything like this. Can’t say I’ll be opting to stay at a Radisson Blu again in the future.…

I left a fast-charging device at the bedside stand in the room after I had checked out. I returned a couple hours later to retrieve it. Housekeeping had already completed the room cleaning by then. I did not get my item back.

We enjoyed the service and facilities immensely at the Radison Blu. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were served on time and always fresh. facilities were clean and neat and room services quick and efficient. The hotel is conveniently situated close to train and bus stations from where the whole of Paris can be accessed quickly and efficiently.

Very large rooms for Paris standards. Close to the metro station so all of Paris is within reasonable reach. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Only 1 minus, the rooms are not soundproof we heard all the music and movies from next door, or we had really loud neighbors.

Very clean, no frills, position nor really central but 16/20 euro away by taxi from main attraction Room 609 was spotless and very quiet , I was upgraded to premium room as vip member even without asking Breakfast is awesome And Mr Pedro at reception was awesome all the while specially upon check out he really helped us to get out of a last minute taxi cancellation thanks Pedro !!!

I stayed at this hotel to attend a concert nearby. The hotel was very communications. It send a message over WhatsApp days before my arrival to provide information to make my check in run smoothly; even requesting my desired bed configuration which was 2 single beds. After my arrival, I received another message asking about my stay so far. The room was clean; configured as I requested; there is a restaurant on premises. The property is on a busy road; it never felt creepy even getting in late. The neighborhood was very family oriented and walkable; in addition; the metro was nearby. I recommend the hotel on your next stay in Paris.

When we reached, there were 2 issues with mour room. They tried to fix them but they weren’t able to, so they offered us another room of the same type. This room was fantastic so we were okay. It was large, clean and had the amenities you would expect from a Radisson. The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good too. We travelled on Metro 9 to get into central Paris which was surprisingly quick. There are good restaurants and shops nearby the hotel too. I would rate it 4.5* only because the first room had some issues. However, they were dealt with professionally by the staff later that day so we can’t complain! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Hotel is located 12-15 mins drive by cab or 30 mins by direct bus to Eiffel tower. Bus 42 is just outside the hotel entrance which takes you directly to Eiffel tower which was good for our visit. There is also Porte de Cloud Metro where there are trains and other buses to all parts of paris, which is 5 mins walk away. There are loads of restaurants close by to eat food. The area surroundings looked very decent and secure considering hearing stories of some areas of paris not good with pick pocketers and mugging, this hotel is in a very good and secure location from that aspect. There are few areas that the hotel can try improve on is upgrading some of their maintenance as some of the bathroom fixtures like water pressure in shower and door wooden panels in bathroom in our room needed some work. However I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Paris. Go for it and you wont regret.…
