Lovely, simple, clean with friendly and efficient staff. Beds very comfortable with lovely fresh linen. Breakfast is good quality continental style though you can order cooked. Roscoff itself is very picturesque with lovely, plentiful restaurants. Thoroughly recommend.

Stayed for a mid week break in October with a sea view to die for. Staff were all very pleasant and were always willing to assist. Breakfast was very good. The food was regularly replenished as required. Room was spotless but beware the shower as it can be on the hot side. Lift is a little on the small side...

Yes, the rooms are a little on the small side, and maybe the decor could benefit from a touch up in some areas. But for location and value this hotel hit the spot for us. We stayed 3 nights and slept really well. The room was clean and the bed big with good bedding. Best of all is that lovely...

We stayed here for two nights (Brittany Ferry package) The receptionist( s) were friendly and bilingual. the room was small but adequate, very comfortable and immaculately clean with a heated towel rail in bathroom (very handy!) Continental breakfast was fresh, varied with great coffee and looked after by a charming helpful lady. The reception area has some nice relaxing chairs...

I needed to find a place to stay while waiting for the ferry home. I was very happy with this hotel. It is convenient to the port, but more than that, it was spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable bed in a quiet room with a good breakfast. All at a reasonable price.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Hotel is well positioned with easy parking nearby. Great view from lounge across to Ile de Batz. Decent continental breakfast (great coffee). Only downside was the tiny room and no view but good for the budget minded.

Frequently using the ferry so pleased to have found this hotel. Normally easy parking, and a superb view out to the island. Quiet location, but just a very short walk to the main street. I was running late but reception were very calming on the phone and most helpful. I was really pleased with my sea view room, fell out...

We stayed for one night before the morning ferry and arrived late afternoon. Managed to find parking not too far away despite it being high season. Our standard room was really tiny with a view of the garden, and pretty expensive for what it was. Good location, right on the sea front and a short walk to shops and restaurants....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
If you're looking for an independent and very calm hotel that offers personal attention and warm welcome, the fresh sea-air and direct access to Roscoff's cobbled streets for great prices, look no further than the Tamaris. Deceptively discreet, it sits just behind the church square and gazes elegantly over the watery horizon. The décor is themed to combine fresh linen and warm contemporary colours, while prices start from just 55€ for a double room. ... more   less
