We liked Chambre 32, an average size room with an sliding window-wall facing the sea, opening onto a balcony with two chairs and small table. The hotel is one block back from the beach, but Chambre 32 is three flights up (elevator available), above the lower buildings in front. We were welcomed warmly by the very helpful host. We used...

I booked Hotel des Druides with a 15 days notice despite its poor reviews because it was the only hotel available on a beach at Quiberon, and I wanted to join a cousin who was staying in Belle-Ile for summer. I made an upfront payment of 50% as expected (450EUR). Only 2 days after making the reservation my Mum broke...

This hotel is very centrally situated in Quiberon. All the staff were so helpful and friendly that they made our stay special. We were booked on a special offer with Brittany ferries and were allocated a room in the rear of the building. We felt that it was very basic so we upgraded. The new room was delightful with a...

We spent 10 great days in a Gite in St Helene and often visited Quiberon to have dinner and spend the evening fishing off the harbor wall. As our 10 days were up we couldn't face going home so we decided to book two extra nights in the Duides hotel in Quiberon. For 114 euro per night we had a...

It's a very nice small hotel in a lively area of Quiberon. The room was comfy, the terrace was big and spacious, price was reasonable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast for 10euros is just great - you have all the usual staff (baguettes, butter, cheese, croissants) plus a variety of cereal, youghurt and jam. The...

Went to have a bite to eat in the restaurant. Price not too high but the food still didn't meet our expectations. Food was not fresh and the atmosphere was cold. Service was fine, but we would not recommend it.

We stayed 2 nights and booked 3 rooms at this hotel. We all had ocean view rooms, which is the only thing that makes it palatable about this old motel. Rooms are very basic and some rooms still have only a bath with no showers (hateful). That said, rooms were clean and the reception friendly. Breakfast was ok. There is...

We recently spent several days in this traditional, well-run Quiberon hotel and would recommend it. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious (for this category of hotel) and well maintained. Its location in the centre of the town was extremely convenient and we did not suffer from the noise reported in previous reviews. Service was friendly and helpful. If...

We were travelling to Belle-Ile and, since we were arriving in the evening after the last ferry, we booked a room in Quiberon just to spend the night. The Hotel des Druides appeared convenient and was. Clean, average room, good beds, tired and dated decoration. Nothing special. We were awakened by another guest's barking dog and by drunks singing in...

Quiberon is a lively resort in August and if that suits the hotel is centrally located. The downside is it is noisy. Most evenings there'll be pledges of undying love, or a row, at any time up to 2 am. One side face a nightclub, the other a restaurant, which also means early morning deliveries. It's on a one way...

“Seaview rooms get quite a lot of noise from the outside, though it can be easily fixed with earplugs. Plus, having a huge balcony facing the ocean compensates for it”
