This is a good option for visiting the gorgeous Breton fishing village of Cancale but bear in the mind that it's a good kilometre or so from the port and further from the old town centre and there are no local amenities bar the gift shop of the Oyster Farm and museum down the hill from a convenient footpath that...

We arrived at the property with some concerns having read a few negative reviews but we were greeted very warming and given all the info we needed. We told the man in reception we had to leave very early on the Sunday and although the checkout time was officially between 10-11am we were told no problem, leave the keys in...

The idea of small cottages for families, with a pool available, is a good one. Being able to have our daughter on the main floor and us in a separate bedroom upstairs is nice -- we could stay up later after she went to bed, unlike in many hotels. And she did love the indoor pool. Also, the wifi worked...

Each house is a bit different, but the living room is too small in all of them. It is clean and every single person at the reception who needed help, got it asap. The manager is very friendly. I was at the reception for wifi. I addressed some issues with him and his wife: lack of decor, tiny living room,...

This accommodation was clean, comfortable, well equipped and convenient. The only issue was no wifi in rooms and the fact you had to rent towels for shower without being told beforehand!!!! But all in all a good experience.

It was probably the most disappointing appartment I have ever booked!!!! When I booked the place I had very high hopes, the pictures are great, most reviews are very good and I thought if they charge Euro 175!!!! per night I can not go wrong. The place turned out to be quite horrible due to its size. It's absolutely tiny....

We booked a 2 nights' stay in a house for 2 and we were not able to arrive during the reception's opening hours. After giving them a call, they accommodated us easily and provided us instructions on how to access the house we had reserved without any hassle. Very well maintained and clean. We did not have the chance to...

We (family with 3 kids) spend 3 days in the hotel. It is clean and good equipped. Please, take attention: there are no any washing chemicals in the kitchens, extra pay for the towels, wifi is in the reception house and not twenty-four-hour.

We spent a lovely long weekend at the Village Cancalais in November. The house - for 6 people- was really nice,it is small but it does tell you it is only 55 square metres when you book and we were suprised how well the space was used. The two bedrooms upstairs are larger than we expected and the bathroom is...

As a family with 2 small children, from the website this place seemed ideal: lovely large-looking houses and well set up for children. How wrong we were. What should perhaps have been a warning was the fact that we had to email to book via Booking.com and the prices turned out to be considerably higher than the price range we...
