We stayed a night on our way to Spain and were happy about it. Had a room on the front with a balcony, great view and with open windows sound of the river. The lady ar the reception was really friendly and helpful (arranged an appointment with a doctor). For our doughter (3) there was a nice surprice: a childrens... More

My family stayed here for 2 nights last week and we found it very functional and perfect for our walk in the mountains. While the decor is very dated, the charm of the building and the fantastically large room and bed were enough to make it a pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and friendly, especially the lady at... More

My wife, son and I stayed for two nights in a comfort room for 4. The room was light, very clean and airy. It needed a little personality (a photo or two would have been nice). The bed was very comfortable! We had breakfast both mornings and the selection included: fresh fruit, yoghurt, lovely fresh croissants, pain au chocolate, ham... More

The hotel decoration is very old fashioned. It looks like most of the decoration in the rooms has not been redone the last 20 years, except maybe part of the bathroom. The room we had was in the back and was quite small, the bed was not very large either. But everything was very clean. We booked a weekend "thermalisme... More

I stayed on this hotel, in order to attend a wedding in the casino, the location couldn't be better. the service is great and the staff extremely friendly. The rooms are small and have all the necesary to stay for a calm night, still beds are extra small and pillows quite akward, still it is a nice place.

Comfortable & Friendly & the area is a great location to visit. Whilst I have no adverse comments on the Hotel I would probably recommend that you stay in the next village "Le Mont Dore", a much better location.

really nice town, super hotel in a great location walkable to everything, great room with views, very comfortable large room, good service, the onsite restauraunt is really outstanding and serve local cuisine from the Auvergne region which is tasty and different from my traditional idea of "french food." I enjoyed staying here.

This hotel was part of our France tour. It is a little lovely hotel with great value for money. The rooms are not huge but very clean and tidy and so was the bathroom. Pleased with it , and pleased with the ladies who served us :) very very friendly people!

The Park of the Fairies is not a common place. Built in 1874, he is above all, the reflection of a time when to receive meant something.
