The catering is varied, served in a renovated restaurant. The room was clean, with a magnificent view of the ocean and the Biarritz lighthouse. A very good place to stay.

Excellent location. You can check the waves from your bedroom. You can walk everywhere from the place. Very friendly staff. Great support from the maintenance people. Food this year was disappointing (mainly salads with mixes of leftovers), used to be better.

Paying such a price we expect to have a renovated club as notified on the site. But what a disappointment when we arrived in the room, we moved the bed into the child's room and there was rubbish (chewing gum, paper, dust, etc.) + bathroom traces of mold, disgusting joints not renovated at all.
We went down to reception to tell them our dissatisfaction. Absence of a cleaning team (handing over a broom + dustpan) and I am told that the cleaning team will come tomorrow, I am still waiting for it... In addition, I ask them why our accommodation is not renovated as notified on their site. She tells me that for the moment there are only premium rooms. If we had known that, we would not have come and spent this amount to have poor quality accommodation.
In our room pillows that pill, the mattress feels like sleeping on a board (back pain during the stay...), electrical outlets that don't work, floor lamp with yellowed stains, stains on the entrance floor, torn curtain . Outdated toilets, no trash cans in them. Outdoor pools: pool decks hurt your feet. Children's club: non-compliance with putting our baby in a bed, slept in a stroller, an animator gave him food and no qualified early childhood staff (children crying all day).
Satisfactory catering afterward we are at the seaside no shellfish throughout the week. Damage. Full board: no coffee in the evening, you have to pay at the bar. Good entertainment and exceptional view.
Disappointed and disgusted to have spent so much money for a service that does not deserve this price. We will not return to this site.

Stay at the Belhambra hotel in Anglet. When we arrived we found ourselves stuck in front of the gate. It was an employee who was coming to take his shift who opened the door for us. Correct welcome until arrival in the room. A magnificent view, however the room was cleaned in the last century... We would have needed a shepherd dog to herd the sheep under the bed. The desk, the headboard, the bathroom full of dust... Not to mention a strange smell when arriving in the room which explains the half-open window... Decent evening, unlimited food, accessible bar and welcoming waiters despite prices (mojito 10.90 euros) which are a little exaggerated. The next morning, breakfast seemed gargantuan and a surprise... stale pastries... disappointment made up for by excellent quality bread. Fortunately the rest of the stay was a little more up to par in terms of catering. I'm done with the negative... Incredible view from the room, magnificent region, superb walks, welcoming and smiling staff who gave us a very good quality show. Despite everything, we do not regret our stay despite these few inconveniences.

Superb location, directly on the beach, that’s the big plus Varied, abundant and very good food Great kids and teens clubs Closed parking, which must be a plus in summer with people (we were there on April vacation) First Belambra experience, after several club med, and positive. The difference between the 2 clubs is in the sporting activities (no gym at Belambra and “only” 2 fitness sessions per day) but there are so many things to visit in the region that this did not bother us.

The location is incredible with a superb view of the ocean and the Biarritz lighthouse from our room. The entertainment teams for children are very nice. The cuisine is good whether it is breakfast or dinner with a real choice and good products. Thank you to all the teams we had a very good stay

Spacious room ideal location but the catering does not follow we came several times to this club everything was perfect the well-cooked buffets the menus displayed unfortunately this time great disappointment in terms of catering no menu displayed no themed meals the buffet dishes are full but it looks more like a very ordinary supermarket cafeteria buffet. The price of drinks at the bar is excessive but that does not seem to me to be the most important thing, however the catering needs to be reviewed, this club deserves much better catering, too bad…!

It’s the best club! Its setting is incredible. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound and sight of the waves was magical! But even more incredible is the atmosphere that reigns there! we were welcomed like never before, from the reception who took great care, the boss of the entertainers Benjamin who immediately put us at ease and who offers high quality shows and entertainment, Mathis the star entertainer who livens up the aperitif games like never before: laughter guaranteed accompanied by a truly sunny Romane! The other Mathis, facilitator of the teen club, thanks to him our children had a great time! Lola at the bar, very kind (my son loved his Virgin pinacolada cocktail won in the aperitif game!!) a little wink to your son Basile who is lucky to have a great mother. No need to go to the tourist office with the chef Jean Christophe, Saidou and Gaesko who in addition to preparing good local dishes will advise you on the sites to visit! Vick, Margot and Corentin and their entire room service team who take care of you during meals, always with a smile and a little personalized note to everyone! You impressed us with your dynamism! In short, you can go there with your eyes closed! Thank you to the entire Belambra team, you gave us an unforgettable vacation!!
