I was at this hotel for 3 nights during business trip. Clear and nice rooms. Breakfast the same as in the other hotels - nothing special, but tasty and enough for morning. Stuff very pleasant and helpful. The supermarket and MCdonalds is close to the hotel. Stuff very pleasant

Nice, clean place. Rooms are small but functional. Too bad that is no coffee or tea maker in the room or in the lobby. The only way to get coffee or tea is at the bar (2,50 euro) Staff is friendly, pool is great, parking ample ( if you get there on time ...)

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you first for having taking time to write a review about your stay. If we are delighted that you enjoyed it, we also noticed that you mentionned two points on which you had mixed feelings in term of satisfaction. First of all, could you write us back to precise in which room category you stayed? For with only the name "rotjeknor" we cannot find your reservation and so find the information. If all our rooms are bigger than the minimum required, we would be able to bring you a more specific answer with the room category information. Moreover, we have well taken note of your comment about the coffee/tea in the room. We propose coffee and tea in self service in the room in the Superior rooms and Duplex suite but not yet in the other categories. But we do not exclude the possibility to extend it to all the categories. Anyway, the whole team hopes to have the pleasure to welcome you again among us soon. Best regards, Geoffroy SCHMITT-GULLY Guests Relations Manager

We have used the Hotel Les Jardins for two years as our overnight stop on our way to Switzerland & Austria. The staff are very friendly and helpful. (Especially Kahdija). Breakfast is quite adequate (and best taken on the terrace by the pool). The rooms are comfortable and

Dear Mr H., We thank you for your recommandation and the great description of our Hotel. Indeed, we do not have a restaurant but we could precise that we propose a short-list of prepared meals for guests who would not like to go outside to have lunch or dinner, even if, to be honnest, we widely prefer to help our guests to try out our local culinary specialities in one of the numerous good address of restaurants in Obernai. Anyway, Khadija and the whole staff looks forward to having the pleasure to welcome you among us once again soon. Best regards, Geoffroy SCHMITT-GULLY Responsable Relations Clients

I have been here 2 nights for work. The rooms are dark and not so big. The hotel is 2 km from the centre. I spent 120€ per night without breakfast...not so cheap. There is a big parking. In the evening you need a code to open the external door and the code changes every

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you first for having taken some time to share your thoughts about your stay among us and noticed that you were partially satified of it. Be sure that we really care of our guests feedbacks for it helps us improving our quality of services. We also would like to apologize for the code. Informing our guests about it is something basic and so we reminded our Reception team not to forget it anymore since then. However, we were a bit surprised regarding your comment, saying that our rooms were dark as we use light colors for the painting of our rooms walls. It was maybe an impression linked with the peevish weather of this early december. Concerning the distance from the hotel to the downtown, it is more 1km than 2km but we understand that it can seems long when walking with the rainy cold weather. Anyway, the whole team hopes to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, Geoffroy SCHMITT-GULLY Guests Relations Manager

Dear Mrs., We thank you for your reply and can better understand the situation from now on. First of all, we perfectly understand that you care about how was the stay of your son, and regarding the feedback of the teachers it was really not as bad as you think it was (even really positive). The breakfast was served according our discussion with the agency. The teachers asked us during the stay to amend a part of it and we did it with pleasure. Moreover, the toiletries we offer to our guests are the standard ones you will find in other hotels of the same range, and your son had what he needed for both body and hair (if he did not think so, it was certainly a translation issue). Finally, please be sure that we welcome our guests in the same way, whatever their age, their origin or the price they have paid. Besides, if we have well heard your message, the reviews concern the guests who really stayed in the hotels and cannot be transmitted to a third person who did not stay (some kind of thoughts are very subjectives and vary from a person to another, and even more from a child to an adult). However, that does not means that we do not question ourselves on the quality of our service (what we continually do) and that is why we thank you for sharing your comment and keeping us careful. We stay at your entire disposal and hope that we could have the pleasure to welcome you amon us one day to show you our sincerity in our quality approach. Best regards, Geoffroy - Guests Relations Manager
