We had a huge family room for two adults and a kid, which had a bathroom and two single beds downstairs and updairs (under the roof) a big king size bed an another single bed. The bathroom was also with a good size and had a bathtub. The two drawbacks of the room were the door to the elevator room upstairs which was not preventing all noises, you could hear the engine a bit. Additionally, the air conditioning cools the upper part of the room, the lower might still be quite warm as the opening for the stairs is not big enough for a fair exchange of air. The breakfast was ok, especially for france, but could really need more choices for cheese and sausages, though most of the guests where either german or dutch. Our daughter loved the small pool in the garden, for adults to swim it is to short or missing a counter current.

Got a very nice and functional room for 2 adults and a teenager - good space and 3 real beds (not sofa bed as the 3rd one). Staff very committed and friendly. Breakfast with good quality food and a very nice garden + fine pool area. The pool is not big, but guess often sufficient for the number of rooms/guests. We were though a bit unlicky: For two of the days the pool area was more or less hijacked by a family with 2 very noisy children (and the parents, placed in the sunbed, also just shouting back to children) - and the pool "filled" with their big beach toys/animals. Bottom line: High value for money.

Good parking, easy to get to and secure. Hotel is at a good location (next to train station). Could easily walk to train station and take train to Strasbourg. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

I was at this hotel for 3 nights during business trip. Clear and nice rooms. Breakfast the same as in the other hotels - nothing special, but tasty and enough for morning. Stuff very pleasant and helpful. The supermarket and MCdonalds is close to the hotel. Stuff very pleasant and helpful. Girl from reception helped to order the taxi and prepared breakfest for morning. Thank you ))

Nice, clean place. Rooms are small but functional. Too bad that is no coffee or tea maker in the room or in the lobby. The only way to get coffee or tea is at the bar (2,50 euro) Staff is friendly, pool is great, parking ample ( if you get there on time ...)

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you first for having taking time to write a review about your stay. If we are delighted that you enjoyed it, we also noticed that you mentionned two points on which you had mixed feelings in term of satisfaction. First of all, could you write us back to precise in which room category you stayed? For with only the name "rotjeknor" we cannot find your reservation and so find the information. If all our rooms are bigger than the minimum required, we would be able to bring you a more specific answer with the room category information. Moreover, we have well taken note of your comment about the coffee/tea in the room. We propose coffee and tea in self service in the room in the Superior rooms and Duplex suite but not yet in the other categories. But we do not exclude the possibility to extend it to all the categories. Anyway, the whole team hopes to have the pleasure to welcome you again among us soon. Best regards, Geoffroy SCHMITT-GULLY Guests Relations Manager

We have used the Hotel Les Jardins for two years as our overnight stop on our way to Switzerland & Austria. The staff are very friendly and helpful. (Especially Kahdija). Breakfast is quite adequate (and best taken on the terrace by the pool). The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is only a few miles from the motorway and close to the town. Unfortunately, they have no restaurant and so it is advisable to either use the motorway services or a walk into the town.

Dear Mr H., We thank you for your recommandation and the great description of our Hotel. Indeed, we do not have a restaurant but we could precise that we propose a short-list of prepared meals for guests who would not like to go outside to have lunch or dinner, even if, to be honnest, we widely prefer to help our guests to try out our local culinary specialities in one of the numerous good address of restaurants in Obernai. Anyway, Khadija and the whole staff looks forward to having the pleasure to welcome you among us once again soon. Best regards, Geoffroy SCHMITT-GULLY Responsable Relations Clients

I have been here 2 nights for work. The rooms are dark and not so big. The hotel is 2 km from the centre. I spent 120€ per night without breakfast...not so cheap. There is a big parking. In the evening you need a code to open the external door and the code changes every day...but nobody informed me!

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you first for having taken some time to share your thoughts about your stay among us and noticed that you were partially satified of it. Be sure that we really care of our guests feedbacks for it helps us improving our quality of services. We also would like to apologize for the code. Informing our guests about it is something basic and so we reminded our Reception team not to forget it anymore since then. However, we were a bit surprised regarding your comment, saying that our rooms were dark as we use light colors for the painting of our rooms walls. It was maybe an impression linked with the peevish weather of this early december. Concerning the distance from the hotel to the downtown, it is more 1km than 2km but we understand that it can seems long when walking with the rainy cold weather. Anyway, the whole team hopes to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, Geoffroy SCHMITT-GULLY Guests Relations Manager

The hotel is easy to find and is just outside Obernai. It has free parking and is in a quiet location. Rooms were basic but adequate and personnel was helpful. We walked to the old town in 15 mins and had a great meal. The town is very pretty.

The hotel is beautiful outside (garden and pool area) but very basic inside. The rooms clearly need an update - an old and bit disgusting carpet, a plastic sink in the bathroom, only one badly placed plug to charge mobile phones (in the hall) just to mention a few things.
