We booked this stay on a drive down to Italy as somewhere to stop over, and as a base from which to explore Mulhouse. The reception on arrival was friendly and welcoming, albeit with a confused layout. The parking was spacious and excellent, and the hotel was a lot more modern than I was expecting. Our room was seemingly brand new inside, and the facilities were clean and up to date. The AC system left something to be desired as it was extremely humid when we were staying, but most European AC’s aren’t built for those kind of temperatures. I would very happily stay here again!

The staff members do not know how to go well with the tourists. Bearly speak english and when you ask for help due to the ignorance of them they start to get frustred and leave you with no service. We paid for food and all that we got was toast and cheese in the morning and at night snall portion of meat not more than 25grams if meat and the rest filled with rice or carrots also some people didn't have their, they had to share with others because they refused to to get them another plate. Lift service disater elder people had to go down four floors of stairs when we got to check out we found out that the lift was not working and we had to go up and down several times to get the laugege by stairs. Worst experience ever strongly suggest to think twice before coming here.

This hotel has the worst ac system in the world.. the staff is terrible the food is cheap.. i don't want to step foot in this place ever again. Book at your own risk . We did all of our stay sleeping with fans because the ac was faulty ... the food is limited and you have to accept what they give you.. i was on a tour and believe me if we were 50 people all the same word "disgusting"

The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Old style hotel - such a nice change from Ibis type. Quality of fit and finish was impressive. Convenient location and efficient staff. Highly recommended.

This is a really nice, well run hotel, slightly old fashioned in a good way. We had a very comfortable and cool room with a very modern bathroom with large walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent in a nice light dining room and the staff were all really helpful. Good wifi too.

This hotel was booked as a gift for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. Room very spacious with high quality furniture in the bathroom/toilet. Also very quiet. Would recommend better quality pillows as this really impacted my quality of sleep. We arrived at about 7pm and were encouraged to use the restaurant in the hotel. White wine was lovely and competitive price however my seafood salad was not to be recommended as such I left half of it. Location is very central. Room also contained a mini bar which was very competitive. The staff didn’t speak a lot of English, we spoke no French, however they worked hard to ensure we were understood. Finally there are no irons in the room and we had to use one in the basement. My recommendation is that they upgrade to a steam one as the one in place is not fit for purpose. But overall a 4 out of 5 rating. Hope this is useful to other travellers

This centrally located Hotel was chosen by our travel agent. My biggest surprise was the spacious newly renovated room which my partner and I were lucky enough to enjoy during our 8 day stay. The bed and pillows were super comfy and fresh towels replaced daily. What I appreciated also was the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The shower cubicle immaculately clean with easy to manage water mixer. Air conditioning/central heating worked perfectly fine. So did the Wifi and TV system. A kettle and cooler were available although tea, coffee etc. Were limited. Breakfast was a basic continental with no option for a full English. Dinner was fresh but we had no choice of menu. Service was far from friendly and at times left a lot to be desired. Like when, before we actually reached our table, 2 slices of 'take away' pizza were already waiting for us ! Not French cuisine at all for a hotel bearing 4 stars. Due to the fact that my partner and I refused to sit squashed in on the long, laid out table prepared for our group, the table for 2 which we selected was never laid out in advance. Food was served in a very hostile manner and similar to fast food service. Although parts of this hotel have been newly refurbished, it does not deserve the 4 star rating. It lacks facilities like a library, a gym, pool or spa, hair salon, etc what you would normally find in a 4 - star. Madame and Marie, if you wish to hold on to esteemed clientele, please take note.

We were there for overnight, the room was very comfortable and clean. I guess the rooms were renovated not long ago. The location of the hotel is excellent, just need 5 mins walk then you are in the old town. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay in this hotel if I go to Mulhouse again.

Beautiful hotel very close to the historic centre of town. Very helpful receptionist. Great breakfast. Our room was huge and I loved the bath. We had our own sitting area. This was a one night stopover but we enjoyed wandering round the old centre and having a drink in the main square. Good breakfast
