The building is impressive and once you open the door you feel like entering a classic Château with a beautiful interior. My room was spacious with a lovely decoration and a very comfortable bed. The rooms are named after famous writers. The place is quiet and sleep quality is high. Breakfast is served downstairs, facing the garden. Marmelades are homemade,...

Beautiful mansion in large park offers quiet and stylish setting in a small Alsacian village of Guebwiller. Great location to explore local wineries or hike/bicycle. Owners have tastefully renovated this old mansion and dipped it into soft hues of chalk and grey, which gives the rooms a light and modern feel. Rooms are good sized, the ones facing park come...

The hotel's rooms are charming , but not exclusive . Please note there is no air-conditioning, so it is warm at high outdoor temperatures. There is no restaurant , but nice breakfast. The area is not great and the town is small . The best recommendations on restaurants are fast food , so we chose to buy in the supermarket.

We stayed here two nights to see Alsaces wineyards. It's good pace for circling around villeges near by Colmar. Room was nice and spacious, but non-existance of AC might cause too warm nights. The water pressure was at least high enough. :) Parking is secure and extensive. Kiva pieni hotelli, mukava puutarha ja hyvä tukikohta kiertää lähistön viinikyliä. Huoneet suuret...

This former mansion is now a very nice hotel set on several acres of land. The hotel's lobby is decorated with whimsical art and the rooms are most comfortable. The owners William and Dominique were wonderful hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

While my room was on the third floor and there is no elevator - it was worth every step and I did not need to go to the gym! Beautiful hotel with an art gallery and boutique on the premises. Highly recommend you stay here. The staff could not have been more friendly!

This is a "house" built in the mid-1800s by an obviously very well to do family. It was restored and converted to a 19-room hotel in the 1980s. The current owners arrived on the scene in 2010. They have been polishing and refining this Grand Dame for nearly six years now. The owners live on the premises, and use the...

The outside of this hotel looks stunning, and very grand, however when you step inside it is very unorganised, with clutter everywhere. Even in the grand conservatory room the owner had set up and was doing his paperwork, which you had to walk around. There were art pieces on the wall, which did not reflect the beauty of the building...

We booked the hotel for a romantic weekend and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located in the 19century palace/ villa, situated on the outskirts of Guebwiller, among 3 hectares park. We were given the corner room with big balcony overlooking gardens, with high celling, king size bed (mattress was ok but not very good), desk, big wardrobe, flat...

This is a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended with some delightful Hosts. Could not make us more welcome. Went out of their way to be helpful. We were there on a Tuesday night when they have a regular Jazz night with some high quality Musicians. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
