What an incredible place , it was truly a GEM by the sea, the setup and the charm was out of this world, the friendly and helpful staff were also the added bonus to our stay, we ate at the restaurant 3 times, a bit pricey but very good. All and all it was a great place to relax for... More

Have just returned from a week's holiday and must say that this hotel is spotlessly clean and well run, the staff being very helpful, but certain things taken for granted were not available. We had a ground floor terrace room with the terrace leading down to the sea, which had no door to the bathroom so apart from a shower... More

First time in Corsica so my partner and I were nervous about selecting the right hotel. Talk about lucking out! This place was lovely from top to bottom. We arrived late (about 10pm) and they were ready to greet us. We knew dinner was ending for the evening and asked if it were possible to still have a meal. They... More

My wife and I stayed at Le Goeland for one week from 4th September and we cannot recommend it highly enough. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room (38) was in the annex, a few yards from the main building and was absolutely perfect. It was on the first floor and was large and light with windows on... More

Hotel Goeland is a gem. Beautifully decorated in a relaxed style. We were upgraded to a huge room on third floor, with terrace overlooking side of the property. Excellent mattress, linens and pillows. Bathroom, although small, was very actractive. A border of pebbles above the white tile. Floor of shower was pebbles as well ,so not slippery. Water came out of... More

Waow, we went with our 4 kids and a friend for a week. Great service, very nice personnel, amazing breakfast. They even proposed a place for our zodiac ( 8m) within their private port. The owner even organized a free apero for people to learn to know each other. Next year we go back !!!!

Ideal place to relax. Ideally situated in the port with views reminiscent of the Italian Lakes. Great friendly service from the staff, most of whom speak English very well. The hotel has less than 40 rooms which meant there was always space and room to sunbathe or chill-out under the trees with a book. The citadel is only a 15... More

Hotel is in a very good position for both the port and the citadel. Lovely garden although beach is small but fine for sitting and a little swimming. Breakfast in hotel was very good with plenty of fresh produce. Staf in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. However i was expecting a 4 star hotel considering the cost and the... More

Wonderful hotel- beautiful room with a cool stone-floored shower. Had a terrace too for the warm nights. Wifi nonexistent in the room but great in the restaurant. Beach was pretty lackluster but I don't think a lot of hotels in PV have their own beach so the fact that it exists is a plus even though it's not quite Palombaggia.... More

Very well appointed rooms, great service. Breakfast buffet is really special with homemade spreads, amazing bread selection and the seating in the garden is just beautiful. Very nice, friendly staff, great service. There is no pool, but the beaches around are so nice why have one? Really peaceful place we felt very welcomed here. Minor things that would make it...
