This camping offers sites that are clearly marked and clean, with lots of shade and spacious enough for most types of campervans, tents. Reception was very friendly and pointed us some spots to pick from. We ended up near the sanitary block in the back (away from the road), which is large enough to accommodate the campsite, very clean and tidy as well. Just make sure your extension cord is long enough if you wish to plug-in, as electricity poles can be a bit further away. FYI: there is a second sanitary block closer to the main access, which makes you are never too far from sanitary. Silent hours are from 23h onwards, which is controlled by staff driving around the campsite on electric scooters. The only downside is the music in the distance from a disco which seems to continue forever. Bread service is available, or you can take breakfast in the small restaurant for a reasonable price. We had dinner in the on-site pizzeria, which provides delicious pizza to eat on the terrace or take-out. Service was quick and friendly. In fact, for us some of the best pizza we had in Corsica! From the camping, both the beach (approx. 10 min walk) as well as city center (approx. 25min. walk) are easily accessible, which allows you to leave the car on the camping and avoid the Corsican traffic jams. There is also a supermarket close by. We recommend this campsite if you want to stay close to Calvi.…
Very nice camp, with very beautiful beach nearby, with great view on Calvi. The staff was very nice and kind. The toilets was clean, water was hot all the time. The camp is also friendly to dogs. The prices are ok.
We stayed at this campsite in 2013 and returned in june 2018 without reservation. You can choose a place yourself in june. The pitches are quite big and most of them have a lot of shadow from the trees. The bathroomfacilities are very good and very clean. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 25 min to Calvi. We paid 23,40 per night for 2 persons and a tent with electricity.
Stayed at this 3 star campsite costing 36 Euros to find that there are no basic facilities such as hand drying, hand soap or even toilet paper provided. When I pointed out to reception staff that I thought this unacceptable, the answer given was “I am not the boss”. This is sloppy and lazy business practice relying on time and location to make money.
It seems neither to have a kitchen, nor a place with a roof to cook. The places for the tents have very solid ground (-> it is very hard to put the tent pegs into the ground). The showers are clean and hot. The toilets don't have toilet paper - bring your own!
