Had to stop by and write a review before we left after being here for two nights. I don’t think we’ve ever seen Sri Lanka from this viewpoint, and was it ever stunning. The location and the hotel are absolutely gorgeous. You could see that a lot of effort has gone into maintaining the beautiful aesthetic of the surrounding environment. The staff are exceptional, and the manager and our butler Dominic went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and luxurious (they even baked a cake for my husband’s bday). The food was delicious and came in large portions. All in all, the best stay our party of 8 have had in Sri Lanka thus far.

I would like to thank Melheim resort team. Special thanks to Mrs. Sureka, I came here to celebrate my brother's birthday, I gave her the details and she and the staff organized the party very nicely. From the moment we entered the hotel, we received a very warm welcome and the staff, including Mr. Pio, provided us with very good service throughout our stay. This is really amazing place to stay. we had a wonderful time at this place. Thank you for the nice experience and highly recommended for staying when u visit Haputale, Beragala Sri lanka for the vaccation.

Simply a great location with great facilities. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed for a one night during our visit to Uggal Aluthnuwara Devala in March 25th 2023. The room is spacious and equipped with one king sized bed and one single bed. Room is very clean and they have provided us all amenities. The view is great from the room. But the balcony is not private. There are several places near the hotel. There is a view point near the reception which you can see three provinces from there. We could see the lights of Hambantota Harbour! Food is delicious and simply great. One day is not enough to get the full experience of this hotel. There is a small pool. It was crowded when we went there. I think it is the only minus point of this magnificent place.

This is the ultimate serenity and relaxation destination in Sri Lanka with boutique size and calm nature. Tucked away, nestled and intertwined with nature the resort will calm any fluttering minds within minutes. The food and the facilities are exquisite and second to none. Will come again for sure!

A beautiful hotel in a stunning setting overlooking a valley, the Malheim Resort is highly recommended. Amazing hotel surrounded by nature. Big rooms with amazing view of the surrounding area. Service is excellent with staff going the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay there. Finally food was excellent and cooked for you fresh. I wish we had stayed there more than 1 night.

We stayed in the Melheim hotel in 2 days with 2 young kids. Excellent location with lots of wildlife, amazing places for kids with loads of activities to enjoy Absolutely nice staff, a huge selection of foods

Nice hotel with great view. Beautiful view of mountains. Staff is very friendly and food is great. Very spacious rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. Garden is beautiful and well maintained. Most of all I like the way the feed the squirrels and birds. Will come again

Excellent experience. Spent just one night but would have loved to stay much longer. Loads of activities to do around the resort and you need perhaps 2-3 days to get through them all. Exceptional views in every direction. You will feel emersed with nature. The food is spectacular too. We had 3 meals and there were multiple options all delicious.
