We had only one night at this wonderful family-run Hotel. Mamma and 3 of her 5 sons, Giovannii,, Sandro and Diego did everything to make us feel at home. We were at the end of a couple of weeks in Sicily and were on our way back to Ostuni in Puglia. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the balcony overlooked...

Roberto received us at the airport and brought us to the Hotel Tito Serrano (HTS). We had a good clean air-conditioned room on the quiet side. A healthy fantastic spread was laid out every morning for breakfast. Giovanni, Sandro & Diego pampered us every day and invited our friends from Canada to join us for breakfast as part of the...

This hotel doesn't look like anything special from the outside but contains pleasant and spacious rooms. The reason its a remarkable place is because of the mother and her 5 sons who own/run the place; great fun, generous, interesting, helpful and with a good grasp of english. Dinner, inevitably prepared and served by the family is exceptional value.

We're on a motorcycle tour around the Italian coast & have experienced 10 hotels so far (lucky don't do camping). This hotel has been the friendliest so far. We were greeted by Giovanni who informed us that for the next day the hotel was "our home". As it happens it was better than my home as my home doesn't come...

New hotel, small bits and pieces are not ready but the rooms are comfy and clean and nice with good standards. The service is great. The owners, brothers are real hosts and very guest orientated. Giving a great service over the expectations. Worth to come back.

We checked into the hotel, with two Serreno brothers at the desk. The elevator was broken, and lots of apologies for that. One of the brothers went to the car, grabbed all our stuff and brought it to the room. The room was clean, with a balcony overlooking the main street. I asked about ice and internet and 5 minutes...

We've found this place by accident on our journey around Southern Italy. It was the first time during our many worldwide trips and stays in hotels that we experienced such a great hospitality. Hotel Tito Serrano is worth to recommend if you look for a family atmosphere and wonderful people. We were hosted with incredible sincerity although we've stayed there...

An excellent hotel, friendly staff, nice location! A ideal place to stay if you want to visit Sicily, the villages of South Italy, Reggio. The owners and the staff are very friendly, helpful, the interiors are of great taste and the cafeteria offers the guests a variety of sweets, ice-creams and snacks! A perfect choice!
