Detailed Reviews
Camping Lando Resort is a first class camping when it comes to all the (very clean) facilities! The pitches are small and you have hardly any to no shade but once you know this the rest of it all makes up for it. It has two very nice pools and a playground for the kids. You can walk to the beach and the sea which is great again for the kids because it's shallow for about 100m. The island Rab is beautiful and the Old Town is definitely worth a visit. It reminded me of St. Tropez ;-)

This is a fairly small campsite designed for motor homes rather than tents although this isn't really clear from the website. There isn't much shade in any of the pitches which can be a bit of a problem in a tent.
There is bungalow type holiday accommodation which looked very nice, each one with a fair amount of outside space.
The toilet block is modern and clean and there is also a cooking area with electric hobs as well as a barbecue.
The site on what is described as a sandy beach but is actually more like mudflats. The water is very shallow for about 50 or 60 metres out.

Landon Resort has so much potential but never really lives up to the occasion. There are only small complaints, but it is really the little things that are overlooked that make your stay feel like your in a budget 2 star hotel rather than a resort. First of all, it is advertised that there is free wifi....apartment 1 where we stayed had zero wifi with 5 devices we tried. When querying the reception staff, he explained that if we wanted wifi coverage, stay around the reception area as there is plenty wifi there....thanks but no thanks!
Liquid soap was not refilled and empty before the end of the first day which suggests it wasn't filled before we arrived.
No remote control for the tv.
The keyhole entry to the apartment was clunky and a little bit rusty and very hard for the females in our family to lock and unlock. A strong male hand was needed to unlock and lock the doors. My wife requested reception to spray the locks with a little grease to make life easier....request ignored.
The pool area never gets any attention by staff to hose down by days end all the mud brought in by dirty feet from the beach. You are constantly dodging muddy puddles as you walk through the pool area.
Double beds were two single beds put side to side.
Our 5th and 6th members of the family had to sleep on foldouts from the couch despite it advertising it was a family friendly resort.
Apartments are tiny and very tight when accomodating 4 or more people.
The weeds around the lawn area just outside the front of lando need a little bit of a tidy and cut.
Parking is very tight and spaces are hard to get.
No breakfast or restaurant options within the resort.
When you're paying resort prices to stay at a place, one expects resort quality accomodation.
Until then this should be considered a budget 2 star self contained apartment.
Location was good, few metres to the beach.
Lando should look at what resorts around the world offer their customers and update their practice so that customers are satisfied. Until then, drop the 'Resort' in the name so customers don't book under false pretences thinking they will have a resort experience.

Paid premium price for villa with common pool and privacy. What you get is small mobile house with no privacy at all. Single AC unit in living room not enough to make your bedrooms cold in hot summer nights. Ramp on the entrance is broken so all the tourist park inside "resort". Wifi is here but the speed of internet connection is back in 1990s.
Advertised with beach bar and restaurant inside resort. Well its outside of resort.
Small bathroom is really small. Beds are two single beds connected into one double.
Overall, a three star hotel expirience for 5 star price.

Nice, clean and close to the beach..nice swimming pool, very clean..spacious rooms with two large beds, 2 bathrooms and a nice terrace outside. The only kinda bad thing is that wifi didnt work at all and that the store is way to far :( we will be back for sure!

The villa was great - like in the pictures. Very comfy that there are 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen is microwave, oven, water heater, electric stove,... Everything you need. It was clean, we got fresh towels. At the reception the lady was sooo nice. We had a really nice time. Pool is 20 steps away and sandy beach 40 steps.
It is perfect to families with children - not so much for couples, because there is not much to do and after 22:00 there is silence. The location is great, calm area, perfect for families with children.
We loved it and we are alredy looking which villa we will take next year.
