Paper Country Inn is pretty old. You can readily see this from their accommodations and facilities. But we were just walk-in guests who needed a place to stay for the night and did not expect to find much in PCI, as the locals call it. Our only non-negotiable is a clean bathroom, which they have. Despite the old feel of... More

This in is pretty big and has alot of room because it used to be famous around there . The problem here is that its lighting needs a change because its very dim. The rooms need a furniture upgrade. Its very average, a bit dissapointing because it could have been turned into a manor themed inn if they only put... More

The place was rustic and quite lovely. The private room we got was clean and cosy. I have no qualms about the ac or whatsoever but the lady at the reception was so unfriendly. You would think she hates raking in money everytime there are guest in their establishment.

Firstly, we booked our room online using agoda. When we arrived we found out we were getting down graded as our room had been given to the managements relatives. The reception staff didn't seem particularly bothered about the mistake either. The cost of the room seems quite a lot in comparison to what you are getting. Usually in the Philippines... More

A family a/c room with 3 double decks and a bathroom for 6 pax @ 1800 would suffice for a night stay on our way to aliwagwag Cateel Davao Oriental from Enchanted River (actually a lagoon) Hinatuan Surigao del Sur and Tinuy-an falls Bislig Surigao del Sur. Serves breakfast.

This is a bigger than normal Inn. It is old but well maintained. The staff was elderly but to my suprise were very polite and friendly. The cafeteria is clean. The hotel also arrange a motor for 1500peso to take us to the waterfall, enchanted river and the doll house.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Davao. Located at the end of the street but it feels safe. It's an old hotel but it was clean and smells fresh. No restaurants near the hotel so the only option is the hotel's restaurant. Food is simple, tasty but on a salty side. Rooms are modest and clean... More

On a private vehicle for 5 hours from Davao airport to Mangagoy, Bislig, the Paper Country Inn welcomed us with its homey charm, pleasant white tiled ground floor with fresh bird of paradise flowers in vases. Its true that mature women receive visitors here, but they are friendly if you get to know them better. But the gem of the... More

I stay here when visiting my wife's family in Mangagoy. They do have an American breakfast which is not bad at all. The rooms are modest and I wouldn't expect it to be over the top by any means. The rooms have air conditioning and cable TV. They do clean the rooms on a daily basis and staff is usually... More
