Very nice small hotel clean friendly and caring staff and with all expexted services.. Location close to mandarin make it convinient . Nice terrace to chill out next to the pool .organised transfert from and too airport is a appreciated plus

We spent a lovely weekend in this hotel. It was a huge advantage to have breakfast included, because it tasted great and for a good price. Various choice. Rooms were perfectly equipped and bed comfy. I think a good value for really qualitative hotel.

I visited Adler for holidays with my family and I can trully say that we had a great stay at the hotel. First of all, the hotel offers free transfer from/to the airport of Sochi and this was a big advantage. Furthermore, our room was very large and clean, with a big balcony and great view. The staff was very friendly and kind, they speak fluent english, the breakfast was very tasty and the location of the hotel was awesome. Highly recommended!

A thank you to everyone at the Citrus Hotel. Stayed here for the Formula One race 2018. Great location. Not to far from the track. “Ubered” there. Walked back 45 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean room. Fast WiFi. Anything we asked for and or needed was not a problem. Hotel breakfast buffet was hot and a wide selection. We got a incredible room,top floor with views of the Black Sea. A big big thank you to Diana for helping with our visas and the late pick up at the airport coming from America she went above all expectations.My son and I had an early flight 6 am ,they pre boxed a breakfast for us. Unheard of here or any other place we have stayed going too. 5 stars. Thank you. Christopher

I stayed here 4 years ago for the Winter Olympics just after it opened, so was keen to see the difference in 2018. Its much better now as its added many finer touches it didn't have at first. Rooms are very nice, staff very friendly, breakfast room was also good. Outside pool was perfect for me and the outside dining area and bar are ok. The wi-fi is a little bit all over the place and was annoying to work with. But its a great location to the beach, shops and Olympic village and venues.

We enjoyed our stay in this budget hotel with 5 stars service and hurrah Staff speaks English which isn't easy to find Russia except in the expensive hotels. Hotel is near the beach (5 min. walk), however it's a little far from Sochi city center. Our room was with Balcony and bean bags inside looking on some sort of river and the sea (amazing view especially during Sunset). You can find all amenties towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, dental kits, shoe brush, swing kit, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and cups. The breakfast was good, but without a lot of varieties.

We spent four nights at the Citrus Hotel during the World Cup and had a great time, Very nice and friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Also a cozy pool area. Free shuttle from and to airport / railway station worked perfectly. Beach within 5-10 walking minutes. Caucasian mountains just a 35 minute drive away. Good breakfast with a little minus as the scrambled eggs were cold sometimes. Overall I xan fully recommend the Citrus Hotel!

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff are wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The food from the hotel was tasty and cheap. They played the World Cup matches on the side of a neighboring building with a projector.
