We visited the hotel at the beginning of September, unfortunately my son broke his arm practically right after entering the inflatable playground. We have signed a consent to use the attractions. After the whole incident, we asked the manager if the hotel had a policy and if there was a chance to take advantage of it. Manager assured us that he would make every effort to help us (quite serious fracture requiring long rehabilitation). He promised to check if we had a chance for compensation despite the signed declaration. Mr. Wojciech cheated for 3 months that he was waiting for an answer in our case, another time that he was overworked and forgot. We have received a message several times that he has already received an answer and is sending it to us. Eventually the Mr. Wojciech stopped answering the phone and answering. We are disappointed in the way we have been treated. How can you deceive someone for so long? We are sorry that we have been lied to for so long in such a difficult situation. It would suffice to answer. What was this dragging of the topic supposed to do? Despite the great idea and wonderful architecture of the place, we will never come back and do not recommend it. Everything is fine as long as nothing happens, in a crisis situation the level of management leaves a lot to be desired.

We’ve booked the room (container) directly with the hotel, booking conditions were fair and clear. Resort is located on the very quiet secluded street tucked in between ponds and corn fields. Entire concept is very appealing, friendly and cozy. 40-45ft containers are divided into 2, 4 and 6 persons suits with beds , sofas and bathrooms. All are fresh, clean and pleasing. There is a beach bar with pool (also made of the 40ft container)and hot tub. Breakfast is served in the modern facility (spheres) , there is a bike and scooter rental. SPA, beach ball and adventure park for youngsters. There is spacious parking lot and stands for RV’s. In general full 5 stars!!! Really nice hotel, especially for those who like contemporary designs and bit of industrial taste.

The resort is split by the road. On one side the reception, bike hire and 'container' lodges. On the other the restaurant, chalets, event centre + breakfast hall, beach party and bar area. We stayed on this side in a chalet. We paid around £1150 for 5 nights which in the end we felt was slightly overpriced but not overly so. Our first night (saturday) there was a wedding which played loud music until 2am combined with the inevitable revellers. I think we got to sleep at 3am. There is also beach bar music until 12am on saturday which can be heard from inside the chalets. Other nights were less noisy although the restaurant outdoor terrace is surrounded closely by the chalets so anyone enjoying a late drink on the patio or on their chalet terrace will amplify to the other chalets as in a theatre! Early risers casually chatting outside can also be clearly heard. In hot conditions you will have the dilemma of aircon noise vs window open. Its also pet-friendly so dogs barking was another issue. Beach Bar is cool with a party atmosphere and small pool, deckchairs, gazebos and parasols etc, although inexperienced bar staff, several of whom couldn't open a bottle of wine with a waiter's corkscrew. After two attempts breaking the cork they had to go to the restaurant to find a third bottle and someone to open it. (I offered). Restaurant was good. Our fairly compact chalet had no upstairs loo so for 5 people not ideal having to walk though the main bottom floor area (where the sofa beds are) to get to the loo. 3 minute drive to EnergyLandia or curtesy shuttle.

We recently stayed here to visit Energylandia and other tourist spots in the area. This hotel is BRAND NEW - 2 months old. the main resort hotel across the road is about a year old. You essentially are staying in a converted storage container like on the back of a lorry. Sounds off-putting? weel dont be worried the "rooms" are excellent - very nicely converted with a big shower and sink/toilet in the bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Rooms are serviced daily. Main bedroom area has a big bed, a cupboard with a safe in it, a big TV ( you can cast to it from your phone or tablet or get straight to Y/Tube on it). A table area and 2 bench seats. It is functional but small but for the price very high quality. They provide a very good free breakfast which is in the rear of the other hotel just across the road. They even take you and bring you back from Energylandia in their US School bus for free each day!!!! . We used the hotel retaurant and the food was very good and cheap compared to the UK where we live. All the staff we met were very friendly and polite and couldnt co enough for you, This hotel is in a rural area so it is kind of down a country road a bit, but Zator is only 10-15 mins walk away - Zator has 3 supermarkets, a McDonalds etc but is only a small town. We had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat. (Be aware that Poland hasnt had as much of a problem with COVID as other countries so the attitude to masks in public etc is rather different to ours in the UK so you may have to deal with the fact that others might not wear their masks at all or wear them but in "nose-breather" mode. Most seem to wear them on buses and in queues - but not all)

Stayed here for 2 nights - we were two adults and a kid - with a purpose to attend the amusement park in Zator. We had a room on a second level - the room was great, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was of good choice both for adults and child. The staff was also great and friendly. The only a little bit weird thing was that the hotel itself is located in the middle of nowhere, however, the city itself is quite a small. Anyway, it is a good choice if you need quite place to rest.
