the booking was done one month prior checking in date with the request of a baby bed for an 4 month baby. by arrival the receptionist looking at the baby asked if we been informed over the New Year’s party, mine unsure was no so she left and went to speak with the hotel manager, the manager advise her to send us away. this being 29 of December and no where else to go. with not many options we stayed at the hotel. New Year’s Eve we arrived at the hotel around 2 in the morning, the party was very loud in the way as de small baby and us could not sleep, after going to the party room and ask for how long more the party was going on they have informed me that would go till 4 o’clock and he would speak with the manager to let him know we could not sleep. at 4 o’clock the party did not finished, I went to see the manager and he got agressief and want it to kick me out of the hotel with my family because in Poland this is normal to have a party and you should not complain about it.…

It is a three star hotel with three star conditions. I have a very big room. Very good breakfast. The onlybproblem are the planes and also the noise and voices from other rooms. But if you are tired it's nonproblem

Hotel located by busy street; staff - not very helpful; restaurant- not bad, quite good food; room- cheap, falling apart furniture, dirty carpet, jacuzzi in the middle of the room. Not a good idea - when you take a bath, the entire room quickly fills up with moist air and everything inside gets wet. We could not turn it off. It broke down after the first use. The management tough saw nothing wrong about it "Things break down". It was cold in the SPA- heating didn't work... It was supposed to be a nice weekend but it turned into a big waste of money!!! I would not recommend it to anyone.

Good location for airport and business meetings in Tarnowo Podgorne. Average room, with some serious need of refurbishment (especially bathroom). Excellent, outgoing staff. Seriosuly good food (wasn't expecting that) in their restaurant.
