All inclusive package with very poor food choices, first day no heating in the bathroom. Dinner choices were equal to shipyard restaurants, no free water and prices of beverage over the roof. We arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m., where we were greeted by very friendly staff who, in addition to Slovenian, speaks English, Serbian and Croatian fluently. We made the reservation through Booking.com and check-in went without a problem, during which they explained all the services that the spa has to offer. The room is quite spacious and clean with wifi access and cable TV, and for a small extra charge you can also get a view of the surrounding very beautiful landscape. The "basic package" we paid included breakfast and access to the indoor and outdoor pools with thermal water. Built in such a way as to pay homage to the Roman style, they follow the theme of the entire SPA center. The thermal water is warm enough that the outdoor pool can be used even in February, which is especially nice. The surcharge for using the sauna is 15e per day, which includes the daily sauna programs, and I would especially like to praise the existence of outdoor saunas. In addition to swimming pools and saunas, the spa center also has a small gym that offers enough equipment for light training. Breakfast is a classic "Swedish table". The selection is not overly large, but it is quite enough. Breakfast is perhaps the worst part of the vacation itself, but it was far from bad. The spa is very nice but quite crowded at all times of the day (Saturday and Sunday). Hotel is ok, but they could have provided more towels in the room. But ok. Biggest disappointment? The hotel restaurant (the buffet, not the a la carte one). The food was absolutely disgusting, tasteless, undercooked or overcooked, cold, just complete disaster, not to mention they had very little vegan or healthy options. What a serene and healing experience throughout! I decided to extend my stay as well as treatments. Beautiful surroundings and the thermal pool from natural source and sauna are excellent. The treatments and staff at the medical centre were really good and the system is well organised. Kind and helpful staff. Always felt well taken care of. Good food. First time I combined a medical visit and physical therapy with a holiday and accommodation altogether and it worked wonderfully. Definitely will return.

We spent two nights at Rimske Terme and it certainly exceeded our expectations. Spacious and warm room, with nice views of the valley. The bed, ultra-comfortable! The overall cleanliness of the hotel is 10. Everything is impeccable, from the common areas to the room. We would like to thank all the staff, who work with care and dedication, from the waiters in the restaurant and bar, cleaning service, therapists and Reception. Thanks to Tjasa and Marko for an efficient check-in and check-out process. Special mention to David, the night shift receptionist, who gave us complete information about the area and the complex. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. A credit to the Hotel! We decided on the Half Board and the truth is that it has been the right choice. Abundant and complete breakfast. Dinner, with different options, all of them well prepared and tasty. The thermal area is dreamy, with large pools both indoors and outdoors and the outdoor saunas are great! If you need a little extra relaxation, I recommend the Touch of Slovenia massage and the Chocolate massage, for us it was a great choice. We will definitely come back!…

We stay for only 4 days. But we Will come back. Stuf IS great ...frendly And supportive. Dinner buffet was great....food fresh And werry tasty. We went to sauna it IS superb. Salt room too. Room was big...maybi not clean enaught bot it dident bother Us. Pool IS not werry big but newer too crowdy. We lowed it.

The price has gone up, but the serviced down. Staff at the reception desk is unfriendly and rude, with the exception of one man. There is not enough staff, they don't clean rooms every day, the pool is tiny and the food has a different quality every day. The AC did not work and the room was not in a good shape.

Water in the pools: cold (!!) for spa standard (even inside). We received a pdf confirmation in writing stating 11 am as check-out time (both the .pdf and the confirmation email, I double checked), and rushed to respect this check-out time, just to be told at reception that “late check-out at 4pm” was included in our package, after we had packed up everything (of course we left). Reception left unattended at check-out peak time (after another guest before us protested, a receptionist came out bringing food to the desk, visibly annoyed). Price/quality ratio very poor. I wouldn’t absolutely recommend it.

We reallly had a bad vacarion. Room was dirty and we could not get anything other. Also some animals are crawling in hitelt, staff said this is normal because of time of year. I think there should be more cleaning...

Excellent spa for rest and relaxation. The hotel is nicely decorated, regularly maintained, the food is good, the staff is quite friendly, the pools are small but still pleasant and there is also a great medical center Valetuda. Room with sauna and jacuzzi is beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend it.
