Would return if back in the Sabac region. Nice little town , but not exciting.
Rooms are ok , but there is some feedback.
Shower is not very well working. Toilet needs attention. Airco is sticking on 24 degrees whatever you try. This could easily lead to a 3 star rating.
Breakfast could be a bit better with more variety but overall totally fine.
And the music is too loud. If the restaurant was full ok, but we were mostly alone or at the most crowded day there were only 6 people. When we went to al a carte restaurant for a dinner we were served with a warm red wine and a plate for two persons that was nearly enough for one. The chef of restaurant than told us (when I asked for ice) that red wine must be served at room temperature (12-18'C) is not a room temperature, and the wine was at least 24'C.
Further on, the spa; it should be a quiet and relaxing place but instead there are children inside, jumping in to the pool, screaming and no one cares. The jacuzzi is working only occasionally. If there are only 2 people in the spa, than the hot stones, the jacuzzi and the pool are not even working.
Then, there is a fitness, with only one trade mill, one elliptical bike, one stationary bike and one rower. And that is all; no weights, no floor mats nothing to clean with when you're finished. It shouldn't even be addressed as fitness. The only good thing is that the hotel is located in the city centre, the hotel grounds are amazing and you are close to the restaurants (I would highly recommend DIVINO restaurant).
Amenities and service are top of the line, even though I consider this hotel to be a little bit pricey, taking into consideration that it is located in the city of Sabac, and not in Belgrade or Novi Sad for example.
It is not that I have something against the city of Sabac. On the contrary, I consider Sabac a lively city, where you have many things to do and visit, though I do not have the time to do whatever I want to, since I am here on a business trip and my schedule if more than full.
Anyway, in your next trip in western Serbia give this a hotel a try, and you'll thank me afterwards.
