Stayed here 4 nights for business reasons. Good location and clean! Breakfast is ok.
Would return if back in the Sabac region. Nice little town , but not exciting.

Rooms are ok , but there is some feedback.

Shower is not very well working. Toilet needs attention. Airco is sticking on 24 degrees whatever you try. This could easily lead to a 3 star rating.

Thats one very good hotel all in all, with some downsides as well. Hotel is located on good location in the city centre. Rooms are spaceous, clean, bathroom is also very good. There is also a couch and armchair in the room where you could relax and watch tv, along with writing desk if you have some writing to do. Btw, I really disliked tacky pictures and gilded furniture that is everywhere across hotel, accompanyed with flashy chandeliers. There is free wifi which could be used in whole hotel. There are many conference rooms, convenient for business meetings. Food is pretentious but mediocre, apart from sweets which are next to great. I really enjoyed it. Hotel has nice spa which was above my expectations. In conclusion, its noce place to stay, probably best in its surroundings.

We stayed there for one night but slept like we've been in heaven! Beds are incredibly comfortable, staff is very nice and the whole hotel is just a beauty in the middle of city Sabac. We had a luxury room but unfortunately with two single beds (for me a no-go as we're a married couple). We asked if it's possible to push both beds together to get a king-size bed and it was absolutely no problem - that's service!
Breakfast could be a bit better with more variety but overall totally fine.

As a heavy consumer of hotels and their services, I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Sloboda in Sabac, Serbia. The misfortune started almost instantly, their advertised adress is Trg Sabackih zrtava bb, Sabac 15000, but in point of fact the main reception and car park is actually on Kneza Milosa in Sabac some 1500m away in sat nav terms. Upon arrival the security barriers to the carpark didn't work nor did they for the entire stay (bearing in mind this is a 4 star hotel according to marketing litrature). At reception I was asked to pay for the entire stay immediately, and advised as to the location of my room, with no assistance with my luggage. When I arrived at my room it was substantially smaller than expected and the window closed which surprised me as covid practise suggests windows be left open to allow any virus to escape from a confined spaces. The bathroom was cold and the bathroom radiator was inadequate to heat the room. As I was there in a working cappacity, I was surprised at the lack of plugs in the room to connect my equipment coupled with the lack of availability of an ethernet connection. While working I ordered room service, the the food was ok, I was abhored at the waiters insistance entering the room to deliver the food, again good practice in a covid situation should have been for the food to be delivered to the room, the waiter to step back and for me to bring the food into the room while the window was open and this was the first day. You won't be surprised that much of what is described took place an all of the preceeding days.My overall thoughts of the hotel aren't particularly good, and would add if like me your not a tourist but a working professional I would avoid this this gruops hotels as they're not equipped to cater for people like us, their covid safe practices leave a lot for improvement, they don't have enough staff that fluently speak English and more importantly their marketing is better than the services received. This essentially is a 4 star hotel with 2 star service. I hope you've found my critique usefull

Dear Guest, We are sorry if you experienced any kind of inconvenience in our hotel. However, we must point out certain facts. Our hotel is positioned in the city centre- Trg Sabackih zrtava bb. It is possible that the navigation guided you to the main entrance, not the hotel parking. Our parking is right next to the reception, not 1500m away. All hotels part of A Hoteli chain possess Clean&Safe certificate and are conducting all preventive measures. Since you expressed dissatisfaction during your stay, our staff did their best to make your stay more comfortable, not covering your expenses for the food and drinks consumed. We are very sorry that you remained unsatisfied and we will certainly do our best to improve our service. Kindest regards, Hotel Sloboda

Make sure you secure a non-smoking room! This hotel still has smoking rooms so if you arelucky (as my colleague was) you will be stuck in a smelly smoking room, which is not nice if you are a non-smoker. Otherwise, the hotel is good, the breakfast, rooms, bar, all quite nice.

Dear Zetten, Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the hotel SLOBODA. We were delighted to read your comments regarding our rooms, the food and bar, however we were disappointed to learn your problem staying with smoking room. On the time of your reservation we did not have any available non-smoking room. Since we are having 33 of them, please mark non-smoking room during next reservation. I hope we will have opportunity to welcome you again soon. Kindest regards, Guest relation manager Hotel SLOBODA

My partner and I have come to the hotel for 5 days. We were very pleased with the room and hotel location. But when we came to the breakfast, there's was a poor choice of food, no hot milk, cold pancakes, and when my partner took a salad that was only there for decoration a 4 cm long brown worm came out of it. The staff only said uff, sorry.
And the music is too loud. If the restaurant was full ok, but we were mostly alone or at the most crowded day there were only 6 people. When we went to al a carte restaurant for a dinner we were served with a warm red wine and a plate for two persons that was nearly enough for one. The chef of restaurant than told us (when I asked for ice) that red wine must be served at room temperature (12-18'C) is not a room temperature, and the wine was at least 24'C.
Further on, the spa; it should be a quiet and relaxing place but instead there are children inside, jumping in to the pool, screaming and no one cares. The jacuzzi is working only occasionally. If there are only 2 people in the spa, than the hot stones, the jacuzzi and the pool are not even working.
Then, there is a fitness, with only one trade mill, one elliptical bike, one stationary bike and one rower. And that is all; no weights, no floor mats nothing to clean with when you're finished. It shouldn't even be addressed as fitness. The only good thing is that the hotel is located in the city centre, the hotel grounds are amazing and you are close to the restaurants (I would highly recommend DIVINO restaurant).

The best location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Rooms are quiet and you can sleep even though there might be a party at the hotel. Spa area was opened recently, and it's great. Food is very nice but the cakes are amazing! Will go again for sure!

The room is cozy and comfortable, although it was supposed to be a single room.
Amenities and service are top of the line, even though I consider this hotel to be a little bit pricey, taking into consideration that it is located in the city of Sabac, and not in Belgrade or Novi Sad for example.
It is not that I have something against the city of Sabac. On the contrary, I consider Sabac a lively city, where you have many things to do and visit, though I do not have the time to do whatever I want to, since I am here on a business trip and my schedule if more than full.
Anyway, in your next trip in western Serbia give this a hotel a try, and you'll thank me afterwards.
