From the moment of arrival we knew we were in for a first class stay. We were not disappointed... Firstly the COVID issue - Loads of safety measures and things done for reassurance. Yet not overboard which would have limited the enjoyment of being there. From the reception teams efficiency with the check-in and initial tour and the buggy car (and very polite driver) taking you to your room the first impressions kept making it very special already.
We were on the ‘Dine Around’ option and able to chose between the two main restaurants down by the beach/pool area each night. Both had a great choice and very helpful and polite teams. They remember many aspects about your personal choices as the days go on. The breakfast team were very helpful and supported well the assisted buffet which is in operation during these COVID times.
The room with its own swimming pool (which is big enough to use unlike some others we have seen in the past) was well equipped and very clean and modern. Loads of buttons to control loads of things and Bluetooth through the whole room for your music/podcasts from your phone if you wish! The sunrise view from the room was incredible.
The beach area had a great choice of views and areas to use and plenty of space around to enjoy it all safely. It’s two different beaches which are both soft sanded and beautiful. The three pools are relaxing and offer great views from different aspects also.
Special mention must go to bartender Amvrosios. He was there every night to introduce us to new and different cocktails and has a great knowledge of his trade (and plenty on other stuff too!) It’s a great view from up in the area. Quiet when we stayed as the main restaurant underneath the bar is only currently used for breakfasts. (The two near the sea are a fair distance away from the bar!)
The housekeeping team were always around and keeping on top of everything and with the pool people, grounds people and security on site too, they all did a brilliant job.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this great place and really enjoyed the stay and was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever been on. (And given what’s happening the in the world currently this was a great achievement by the team, place and location!)
If you’re hesitating, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

This is an appreciation letter to your esteem hotel “Nana Princess” for making our stay such a memorable one. We were staying at your property from August 18th, 2020 to August 28th, 2020 at room 508 and was there with my husband for our holidays and 7th wedding anniversary. I must highlight that all our requests were kept in mind and fulfilled to the best professional levels. The room with our private pool was exceptional and all the hotel facilities were well immaculately designed. In my opinion your 5-star hotel is a 5 plus hotel due to your highly trained and professional staff. At this point please allow me to personally thank some of your employees. I would personally like to thank Mr Michalis Chalkiadakis – F&B Manager, for his professionalism, friendliness and his excellent knowledge on food and beverage. A huge personal thank you to Mrs Fyllis Lazaki your Guest Relations Manager who distinguished herself through her friendliness and anthropocentric personality. She is a diligent, reliable and responsible professional who represents “Nana Princess” with the utmost professionalism. She is resourceful, quick thinking and works in providing high quality service to your hotel’s clientele. An asset of your hotel is also Mrs Pella Vrentzou, your Pool Bar Manager. Pella is a mature, organized, professional and conscientious employee with effective interpersonal skills who is well respected by all your clientele’s and staff. She is the gem of the pool bar and it is undeniable that all tenants make a stop at the pool bar, in order to greet her and have a drink with her. Last but not least, my husband and I would like to sincerely thank Mr Konstantinos Perogiannakis for his outstanding performance on his job duties. His public relation skills where exceptional and all our needs were fulfilled whilst our stay at the gazebos. Mr Perogiannakis and Mrs Pella Vrentzou also make a fantastic team! Even when the pool bar was packed with guests, they displayed their professionalism and team working in an extraordinary way. I would like to congratulate also Mr Ouranos Vasileios – Hotel Manager for his quick response on our hotel booking and many thanks to Mrs Katerina Tsoukala & Mrs Katerina Panteri for their friendliness and their professionalism! All your staff is remarkable (I really couldn’t get all their names) and our stay at your hotel was a unique experience to us. Despite the covid-19 era we are all going through, your hotel was fully prepared to welcome its guests with safety, taking all health and safety provisions required. We hope to see you again next year and thank you once more for our memorable 7th year wedding anniversary where a bottle of champagne and strawberries were waiting for us in our room.

A last minute family break to this fabulous hotel. The deluxe junior suites are a geat way to socially distance yourself although the pool and beach areas are huge so easy to distance yourself there too. The hotel is spotless and being permanently cleaned. All sunbeds cleaned after use, staff all wears masks all the time and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Guest services and reception very helpful with advice and recommendations for places to eat and visit, helping with taxis and transport and booking retauarant tables etc. Pella at the pool bar was a delight. Always smiling and happy and extremely attentive. The spa is amazing. Such a huge space with a vast choice of treatments. Possibly the best massage I have ever had. Well done Nana Princess and thank you for a brilliant holiday.

We stayed the last week in May. This resort has 104 suites villas and rooms in a tranquil location just a couple of kilometers outside the bustling resort of Hersonossos.
Check in was efficient and completed quickly – greatly appreciated after a long journey, and reception staff were helpful and efficient throughout our stay.
The layout makes the most of a steeply sloping site by setting single storey blocks in a series of terraces, giving all rooms an uninterrupted (and spectacular) sea view from each patio and private pool, whilst the use of the rooftops for lawn and landscaping also provides an aspect of pleasant greenery, stepped all the way from the bar and breakfast restaurant down to the sea. Walking up and down the paths/roads ways is great exercise, but an instant service of a golf buggy is always available when required.
The whole complex is, in our humble opinion, an architectural triumph, both externally and internally, with tasteful use of natural finishes and glass, with simple lines to please the eye. At night, the lighting around the complex is stunning. The public/common areas are refined and spacious, and the rooms offer classic comfort, stylish fittings and modern techno facilities. The bathrooms are beautiful, and unlike some modern designs, the rooms here afford ample space for storage, and lavatorial privacy. At last – here is a hotel where the interior designers demonstrated both their taste and their good sense!
There are two principal restaurants, specialising in meat and fish respectively. Food and service in both are exceptional. A totally separate breakfast restaurant affords stunning views over the bay, and provides an extensive and varied buffet. The hotel has a private beach – two actually, one sandy, the other more “picturesque”. They cover a large area, and we experienced no pressure whatsoever on the availability of sunbeds and gazebos. The infinity pool, set on a spacious terrace, is one of the largest and nicest we have ever encountered, with a corresponding large area of sunbeds and parasols. There is a beach bar serving snacks and light meals through the day, and the daily “treats” of fruit/smoothies/sushi were well appreciated.
The standard of service in all areas is absolutely superb. It is so uniformly excellent, that there is no need to single out any area or individual. We only say that at every point no effort was spared to ensure we had a memorable and hugely enjoyable holiday. Here, it is no mere formality to boast that “we came as guests and left as friends”.
Literally there was no a single element or event that we could fault (and we are not easily pleased!) We tried very hard to see if there was something that could be improved, but all we could identify was that we didn’t have the opportunity to help the environment by retaining our bath towels for a second use!

We visited this amazing hotel on the 18th of July for five nights. We had an amazing time, it is externally clean and luxurious. We were greeted by the staff wearing masks and taking extra care to sanitise all the paper work with ultraviolet light. We were made to feel at ease still and three delicious types of drinks were offered to us. The hotel was quite and the rooms very clean, stylish and comfortable. What made our stay special is the service from every member of the hotel, we would like to especially thank Mr Vasilis the hotel manager who was very helpful and resolved the small issue we had due to mistake by our Tavel agents, at the restaurants Mr Michael was always smiling and very helpful, many thanks to all the team you made our stay very special.

You can travel the world and never find service like that at Nana Princess. From start to finish this resort was faultless. I’m picky, and I find fault almost anywhere, yet I don’t have a single bad word to say here.
On arrival being greeted with a trio of drinks as a welcome was a sign of things to come. The initial impression was one that verified its five star status. Grand and immaculate without being pretentious or ostentatious in any way.
A buggy service took us to our accommodation, and was also available at a moments notice the whole way through the stay (I’m disabled not lazy).
Prosecco and Vodka greeted us, along with the fully stocked (not included), mini bar, as we were given a full tour or the room, and shown how everything worked from the bathroom shower tv, and multi coloured light systems, to the outside pool. All of which was very impressive. The whole room gave an appearance that we were the first people to ever use it.
Breakfast has everything you could ever wish for, including the most welcoming manager, who seemed to appear everywhere we went, morning to night, and always ensuring everything was as we wished.
It wasn’t just the management however that were greeting us with warmth. All staff everywhere we went were exactly the same. From top to bottom they were all perfect.
As was the food in every restaurant. Lunch and evening dining was like having a Michelin star restaurant on your doorstep. The food was impeccable.
Where ever you go within this resort you never feel crowded. The restaurants are quiet and have an under reserved feel. As do the two main pools. The private beach has enough gazebo’s for every guest, each with a sofa and sun beds, and even there the service is fantastic.
If you have kids, there is a bonus. Next door is a sister resort with water slides and another pool. Giving a more relaxed and less formal vibe. There is also a shop to stock up and take what you need back to your suite.
I didn’t visit it, however there is massage and spa treatment rooms, along with a gym. I can only imagine the same standards.
The whole resort is a slice of Greek heaven. It is immaculate in every way. Very few places can boast this fact. We will be back without a shadow of a doubt.

On arrival the reception Oozes clean modern luxurious vibes, naturally your cases make their way to your villa whilst you check in with arrival drinks.
Shortly after your whisked off to your villa on buggy. The accommodation is Spacious even in a normal pool villa with a 3yr and 1yr old. The bathroom features a bath and large spacious ceiling style shower with Hermes shower products.
The wardrobes are clearly thought out well and again make use of the space ergonomically. The Patio blinds and shower blind for privacy all shut with the touch of a button. There are also pre sets for relax or ambient for the lighting options along with the ability to change the ceiling shower lighting to any colour you wish. Outside is a seating area and your own private pool which can be heated but is an extra charge.
When you do wish to leave your room you simply call a buggy and it arrives within minutes to take you wherever you desire.
Meat In Restaurant & Eternal Blue Restaurant Top quality cuisine that would not be out of place in the London (city) dining scene. Extensive wine menu. Top quality meat, fish and Sushi options.
Exemplary levels of service; you will not need to pour a glass of water or wine yourself.
Stunning pool scene, the Breeze Bar will setup your towels for you and you simply press the button on the table and they will come over for whatever you may need.
In the evening there is live music with again fantastic views, cocktails, whiskeys and a fully stocked Humidor with Cuban cigars.
Overall a first class experience where the staff all work tirelessly for their guests combined with classy interiors and architecture.

We are just back from a short stay at this hotel and it was one of the best experiences in our whole life. The hotel is a short distance to airport, the taxi brought us within 20 minutes during a working day to the hotel but it is not that short that you hear the machines that take off and land at the airport. The staff is amazing (from the guy who rakes the sand at the beach to the fellow who carries the suitcases, the housekeeping and cleaning staff to the reception), not only very hospitable, polite and friendly but helpful, attentive and competent. That is not that artificial politeness and hospitality you often observe in other hotels. Kudos for management. The whole hotel works like a well greased machine and we enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The resort is very beautiful and at the beginning of the season very calm and peaceful. The SPA is a MUST HAVE both because of the beautiful design and the competent staff. As another guest has written, the outdoor washrooms (beach, pool, restaurants) are extremely clean and beautiful (real towels instead of disposable paper towels). The breakfast buffet is amazing in terms of quality of the food, presentation, service, and diversity. It is not that kind of boring buffet that you see exactly the same items each day. The whole resort is so calm (all of the vehicles they use are electric vehicles that make no noise) that you can sometimes hear the housekeeping trolley rolling outside the room (not that we are moaning about that but that's almost the only noise besides the sea that you hear at this time of the year) All in one, this hotel is every cent its price worth and we'll certainly come back again

This was our first family holiday with our 1 year old and it was an exceptional one! The staff were really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for us. In our room, we were provided with a steriliser for dummies, a lovely cot and leather coated high chair which our daughter found very comfortable.
We ate at the restaurants several times and the food was delicious, although expensive (which we expected), we were left full every time. The chef made our daughter anything we asked for and without salt. She loved it!
We had breakfast included each morning and my gosh, did we feast! The food was so yummy and catered for everyone!
We heated our pool to 30 degrees for €100 (for 24 hours) and this was great as it meant our daughter could spend a lot longer in the pool without getting cold. Going at the beginning of June had lovely weather but at times windy. The pool was fine for us adults without being heated.
We were able to use the hotel next door as they had a big kids pool which our daughter enjoyed. There was also a baby room which was very clean and had lots of lovely wooden toys and a small ball pit.
I had a massage which was very relaxing. Our room was lovely and spacious. I particularly liked how the coffee table and other furniture edges were rounded at the corners meaning our daughter could freely move around without my fear of her hitting her head.
We had access to the hotels private beach and although we found it too cold to swim, it was lovely sitting and having a drink, staff were very attentive and service was impeccable. They brought lovely fruit when we ordered drinks.
We didn’t venture out much however when we did, we found a lovely restaurant called Lovers Corner which overlooked the sea. We were then able to promenade after dinner.
We had such a wonderful time and made so many memories. We would definitely return!

We are fortunate enough to have travelled to some beautiful hotels and resorts but to date have never felt compelled to rebook prior to leaving, that is until now! We could not leave this, our little piece of paradise without knowing we were returning next year. The hotel is beautiful, set in the most picturesque location offering impeccable levels of hospitality, service and cleanliness. From arrival through to departure you are made to feel special and nothing is too much trouble. The staff throughout the hotel are what makes this place so amazing, always smiling and ensuring that everything is consistently beyond expectation. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with the highest levels of service, fast and efficient check in as well as a buggy tour of the resort before being taken to your room with your luggage. The rooms are perfection with your own private pool and views out to sea, all created and maintained beautifully offering privacy within serene surroundings. The rooms offered the most comfortable of beds, modern facilities with large bath and rain shower all within an ambient and relaxing setting. The pools and private beach are surrounded by ample sun beds and places to relax including beach cabanas where at the touch of a button you will be able to order refreshments and light meals straight to your sunbeds. We opted for a couple’s ceremony massage which we were delighted with, again set in sensationally created surroundings with exceptional levels of service. The on-site restaurants offer the highest quality, freshest ingredients cooked to perfection. Whilst we were away it was my Husbands birthday and the team went above and beyond for him to make it a very special day to remember! One evening we wanted to venture out to experience a traditional Taverna and we were recommended Zachos in the Old Town, a table was booked for us and a taxi called with no hesitation. We had a wonderful evening and very much enjoyed the hospitality, fabulous food and Raki provided along with some entertainment! We cannot thank you all enough at the Nana Princess you made our stay magical and memorable and every member of your team we encountered during our stay was outstanding, making us feel at home, so much so as mentioned above we have already booked our return next year! Dear Sueldoc,
most of our rooms with priveate pool have a shaded area. Parasols are a bit risky on windy days on the terraces, but the way our buildings were constructed usually provide shadow and sun on the terraces.
