On a short walking trip, quite simply a stunning meal. I love to see smaller menus with an individual feel which gives confidence this is not 'production line'' food. We had the pleasure of staying at The Kilmarnock Arms for 3 nights recently. Everything about this place was wonderful and it offered something for every member of our family. For Mums and Dads: fantastic food and drink, warm hospitality, lovely accommodation and great value for money. For the kids: as above plus lots to see and do in the...

Have lived in the village for years, but this was the first time I had eaten here since its new ownership and was not disappointed...and will definitely make it a regular haunt. I was super impressed with how accommodating the chef was with swapping out chips with squash to meet a personal nutritional request and am confident this would happen...

I booked the Kilmarnock Arms for my mums birthday as they always talked about how good the food was. The atmosphere was relaxed and staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal was honestly one of the best...

We had the pleasure of staying here for three nights and my only complaint is, I wish we could have stayed longer. As soon as you pull up outside, you get a good feeling about the place. Walking in to the cosiest of hotel receptions complete with comfy sofas and log burner, you know you are on to a winner!....

The rooms were very spacious , clean and modern. The bar area was great for our party. All the staff were extremely helpful. Fiona behind the bar...

The restaurant was very good and the bar is warm and inviting. The serivce was friendly, a very nice place to stay with an easy walk to...

Would like to start with how welcomed we felt when we arrived at the hotel. Our room was very bright and everything you could ask for was there. We had a lovely breakfast and choice was good. We did have a little bit of problem with one of your team members while asking for something and when we thought the team...
