Love love this special place! We were a family of 11 with 2 apartments. Our terrace/balcony was huge, views overlooking Lake Garda was amazing! Everything was just perfect - courteous staff, quiet location, views, sunrise/sunset, garden, pool, grounds, cleanliness. Apartments felt like home, cozy and suitable for a large family. I have been raving nonstop and can’t believe we stayed in a castle with a history behind it. Castelo Belvedere is a place you can stay over and over again! Highly highly recommend! Thank you to all the hardworking staff we appreciate you!

Very nice and friendly place to be with our family, almost for 12 years. View is amazing and area quiet. Good place for running, visiting, swimming and for all recovering and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and service-driven. Authentic.

I had a wonderful stay. Starting that I didn't expect our apartment to have such a large terrace. The view is breathtaking! The reception was very friendly (we arrived after midnight, when we asked for restaurant suggestions they gave us a complete list, we used the Castello's bikes, they accepted our dog...). I definitely want to come back!

We stayed for a week with our 3 young girls. This place is perfect. Great location. Wonderful view. Perfect service. One of the best places we’ve been. It has pool with magnificent view and you can prepare lunch and sit in the garden with the Garda view.

This is a very special place. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with a balcony with a view that changed with the light every day. The pool was perfect for quiet relaxation but also for the children to enjoy in a respectful balance that is so hard to achieve. The location was perfect even without a car and we enjoyed the short walk into the heart of Desenzano. We were welcomed and made to feel special. It would be impossible not to relax here.

The castle and grounds are stunning. View of lake is amazing. Fantastic pool. It is up a steep hill on the edge of Desenzano so be prepared to walk or hire a car. Worth it though. Apartments are clean and spacious. Kitchens and bathrooms fairly new. Staff were great too.

Just beautiful. Set in a gorgeous castle beautiful grounds. Very well kept and so peaceful. Clean spacious rooms comfy beds. What a lovely host- and what a lovely touch fresh bread every morning for breakfast free of charge in reception. On leaving I have been given a book on the history of the castle. I have never stayed anywhere quite as beautiful as Castello Belvedere.

The place is wonderful. It has friendly and helpful staff. The surroundings, views and the atmosphere in the villa is beyond awesome. Very calm and beautiful place. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Also there is a big swimming pool with yet vivid view to the Garda lake and Sirmione. I recommend this place.

The location and the accommodation are highly recommended. The apartment is large and very clean and the views of Lake Garda and Sirmione are wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two televisions. The building has a lot of character and many beautiful features. Outside, there is an extensive well-maintained garden with olive and cypress trees, lawn, flowers and shrubs, and the swimming pool is located in such a way that the garden remains peaceful. There is a restaurant next door and shops a short distance away, nevertheless the castle and surrounding area are tranquil. It is a short drive to Desenzano and bicycles were also available for guests. Staff are very kind and efficient. We have very good memories of our stay at Castello Belvedere.
