It's a lovely location, a large villa placed on top of the hill with amazing views. It's about an hour from Pisa and 5 mins from Voltera. We booked the whole place (17 of us) and the kids liked the pool area whilst the adults used the two outside areas for meals/relaxing. Villa has the basic stuff you need, including...

The owners made us feel stay at home for a three-night break in their lovely ancient villa. Lovely pool with gorgeous view on the hills and city of Volterra. Perfect location to visit Siena, San Giminiano and much more unless you prefer to just relax and enjoy a bottle of local wine next to the pool...

Our group of mostly couples which fluctuated in size (12-17) over the period of one week stayed here as my husband and I renewed our wedding vows in the beautiful, charming and historic chapel within the grounds. The location was absolutely perfect and idyllic, it also suited our guests who wanted to explore the area during the day - Volterra...

We chose this Villa to hold our wedding reception (the cerimony was held at Volterra Town Hall). We rented the place for the whole family for 3 nights and had the wedding reception on the middle night. Tulio e Dorella (the owners) were absolutely amazing, they made our stay magical. The villa is beautiful, peacefull and has the most fantastic...

We stayed at Villa Montaperti for one night only, but wish we had stayed longer. It was an enchanting place. The buildings (villa, old church, breakfast building) were situated on the top of a hill with olive trees, grape vines and wheat fields surrounding it. It had views overlooking the beautiful medieval town on Volterra. It was just like you...
