We always choose the hotel solution with the family room package and we never had any problems. The rooms are always spotless and tidy and with all the comforts, all the staff is very professional and is always at your complete disposal, the buffet breakfasts are very varied with products of very good quality, from salty to sweet. Same thing for lunch / dinner buffet, where there is a wide choice of first courses, main courses, side dishes, vegetables, desserts, fresh fruit and much more. We found this hotel a bit last minute and stayed in a comfort room with soft inclusive package then Full Pension with various drinks by the glass at main meals and dispensers in the pool. We stayed at the Nicolaus in accommodation for 3 adults for 10 days from 10 September. Comfortable and with everything you need. The village is located near the sea, and the famous Pizzomunno rock. Vieste can be reached with a 20 minute walk, or with a shuttle provided by the village. Fabulous Oasis lido. Had dinner at the buffet restaurant, very good and excellent!! I just returned from a week spent in this facility with my family. Great location, super beach, swimming pool in very nice structure, top nicolaus animation with really good and professional entertainers, good and plentiful food at the restaurant but unfortunately disappointing room. I paid x a quadruple comfort and they gave me a room overlooking the back of the hotel, very narrow balcony where we hunted only a person standing x spread some costume outside, bedroom at the entrance without windows that lit up with natural light only leaving the bedroom with the door open. Very narrow bedroom with only double bed and bedside tables, the common wardrobe was in the bedroom, bathroom with very small window. Old air conditioners, they worked with a knob that you had to set on hot air x make sure that fresh air came out. No dehumidifier or remote control option. A real shame, honestly the room has a little spoiled our total satisfaction with the structure that instead provided all the other services very well. At reception I asked for confirmation that they had really given me a comfort and non-standard room and confirmed that they had not made mistakes.
